I normally really like all of the Crunch locations. This one however is the worst! The smell is absolutely terrible in there and all of the machines are filthy. I don’t think I’ve been to a dirtier gym in my life.

I have been a Crunch member for 3 years. I just moved to this area and am trying out this location for the first time....and it will be my last.We are in the middle of a pandemic and it is clear this location has not been cleaned. The space, equipment and even the mirrors are filthy and I came in the minute it opened today.WAY too many people are not wearing masks and no employee is enforcing it.

NO REMINDERS ON PAYMENTS/ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE! BE CAREFUL OF THIS ROBBING! NO REFUND!!!I am their customer since 3 years. Due to COVID-19, I stopped using facility but was still paying my monthly fee. After 7 months of not using this facility, I called them to pause my membership. They said they can only do it for 2 months. Unfortunately I missed my membership date and they charged me a Annual membership Fee and resumed my monthly membership too.My Point:1.If they don't have email alerts or reminders about payment fee resuming, they should contact their customers. Indeed they take advantage of people's busy life's2. I emailed them explaining the whole thing, no one contacted me back or replied to me.Such a waste of money investing on careless Management!!

Upon cancellation of your membership, months later you will receive a letter from their collections agency. After running in circles trying to get answers from someone, they will tell you about hidden fees that were not disclosed to you when you cancelled your membership but made zero attempts to contact you or charge your card that was still valid and on file. So if you care about your credit, pick another gym.

This is a review of management practices that I think are predatory and not the exercise facility itself.I have been a member of the gym for many years and have generally been satisfied with my experience.In March, everything shut down due to COVID including the gym. Then, apparently in June they opened back up, I did not receive any notice as such and apparently they had restarted applying charges to my account. 4 months later I received a notice that I was delinquent and would be sent to collections.I replied to the email going over the situation, the manager emailed me back and told me they sent out an email to everyone letting us know the gym was open again. I replied that I never received such an email and I have checked my email account and hadn't received anything from them in years. The manager never responded. I continued to get more emails about my balance, which I replied to and never got a response. I then called both the corporate office and the local branch to get this resolved. Both of them assured me the balance was resolved and no further action was needed; great. I then received a letter from their lawyers threatening to send me to collections. I called them and they would not debate this issue.I understand everyone including the gym is struggling with the current pandemic, but not even giving me the ability to discuss these charges with someone to resolve this issue before sending me to collections is unfair and I feel taken advantage of by my membership with this business. I was planning to get back to this gym when the pandemic had calmed down but now there is no way I would return nor advise anyone else to join (which I used to do all the time).

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for a month now. And as soon as I get a response which by the way I was told when I called. That the only way to cancel was in person and through the app. Which I decide to do through the app since I couldn’t rely on my car at the moment and still can’t. Not only did I send emails, I had to wait 48 hours for a response. On top of that I’ve been charged 2 months and a annual fee already. Brandon the “Manager “ needed prove that I was trying which I had. Now he tells me I needed to give 30 days in advance and he can’t refund me for the 2 months or annual fee. To summon this up I just got money stolen and no access to their gym, which I don’t care. But I’ve got my money stolen. FYI people if you’re looking for a gym stay away from Crunch Gyms. You guys will get hidden lies that are never mention. Worst customer service and bad communication, so call easy way.

Extremly rude here!! Canceled my membership over a minor argument. Not sure if all Crunches are like this but this one is awful!
