I usually don't complain about this place but the staff that is working today on Sept 18 morning shift I like to call the dynamic duo, the dude loves to be on his phone 24/7 and the girl sits there does nothing and messes around with her boy toy when no one else is working they never refill the disinfecting spraying just wait for an unfortunate soul to take care of it or until the manager shows up. This job isn't hard literally needs 1% effort and this duo can't even do that it's sad, well that's my review hopefully this is helpful to the manager who keeps this place running.

Very disappointed every time I go. All the sprayers are empty and hardly any paper towels out.. And two employees, Behind the counter. Just talking I brought it to their attention today and they just said okay.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a cool min, decided to wait on reviewing them. I’m glad I did; the customer service is always on point when I arrive and even when I leave. They’ve upgraded many of the machines ie; row machines, cycle bikes, treadmill, arc trainers. The gym is always cold even on the hottest days. I also appreciate doubling up on stretch machines. Everyone that comes here is pretty considerate in terms of wiping down equipment after use. The floor, trash and restrooms are always clean. I usually head to the gym around noon and the team members are almost always cleaning or refilling the sanitizing bottles. This isn’t a big thing at this particular gym but I think a PSA is always good to hear…Please be considerate of others around you. Wearing dirty gym clothes or thinking it’s ok to not shower for days and come to the gym, is gross (YOU STINK, Yes you!, I am talking to you bruh). Sanitize the equipment you use, especially after and be mindful of those who want to use the machine after you, re-rack your Sh%t. I absolutely hate carrying 5 stacks of 45lbs because lazy bro’s/gal’s can’t do it themselves but are ok adding it on, how does this make sense?

Nice big gym. This location is always hot. Feels like the AC is never on LoL. The front desk customer service is no good. When you walk into the gym front desk employees are either looking at their phones, reading books, clicky when more than 1 person is at the front desk, or talking about people as they walk through the front door laughing. When u approach the front desk they act with attitude and give attitude to paying customers. The evening/night staff is the worst. The 5 times I attempted to sign a friend up for a membership we were told to "Go ahead and work out this time, next time we will set up an account"

Look a lot of people say that this place sucks because it’s dirty and what not. I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s big, clean, and they have the best hydro massage tables ever. Don’t be discouraged. Oh and the staff are chill as well.

Do not get a membership here they make it so inconvenient for you to cancel plus their equipment is garbage. Save your money and go to a different gym with better equipment and hassle free service. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

Planet Fitness is a good gym. It’s not by any means the greatest gym in the world, but it’s simple. It has what you need to get your workout in. I usually go in late at night because there’s more equipment available whereas in the mornings it’s packed.
