This place should stop promoting that they are veteran owned. As a fellow veteran I am embarrassed for them. My wife cancelled her membership on 04/11/22. They charged for the remainder of the month...and May...and June. When we notified them they told us to read the small print. Cancelation take 30 days to process according to their policy that they created (this is part of their scam). All requests made after the 1st of the month will take effect the proceeding month (another rule made to take people's money). So basically, we get to pay the remainder of April and all of May.I thought the Marine Corps motto was semper fidelis...turns out this place is semper furandi..Don't eat too many crayons DD.🖍 😛 👹🐶

The support this transformation center provides is unlike any other place I've been to. Their policies are fair/rational and make you want to work harder than ever before. This place is full of kind, selfless, and motivating employees that have the same goal as you do; to be transformed into a healthier version of myself.

This place is a scam. It is veteran owned, and I thought integrity was a value of the armed services. Apparently that does not apply to these jokers. I signed up on 6/18/21. When I signed up I was told that the gym would be opening mid-July. The club did not open until November 1. I understand that this is not completely their fault. (Some of it was due to the city.) In the meantime, my boyfriend and I found out that we were being moved. I contacted them before they even opened to let them know this. Since I was never able to workout, I asked for my deposit back. They refuse to refund me and told me that I am able to work out there this month. That’s all well and good, except they clearly saw in our move letter that our move date was 11/1. I was excited about this gym, but they clearly do not have their stuff together. I should have known this when they were perfectly willing to take my money up front without a service to offer.
