I joined back when it was 24 hours, but unfortunately, I had to cancel since I work 12 hour shifts at Motiva and it has not been 24 hours since 2020 and the hours of operation are not friendly to my work schedule (the ones around the Houston area have gone back to 24/7). Other than that, the club is spotless, the staff is friendly and they have a variety of machines.

I was referred to join Planet Fitness by a member. I went in asking questions in obtaining a membership(in which I had been informed that someone would take me on a tour). The young man that assisted me did not take me on a tour or provide methe opportunity to go on my own.I was not satisfied with the customer service given. After being referred I was not impressed with the service.
