Anytime Fitness

The gym is awesome. Catherine the manager is so friendly and she makes sure the gym is in compliance for Covid-19. The gym has had less than 10 members at a time since I have joined. The members do their job social distancing and sterilizing equipment after every use. The gym provides antibacterial cleaners and hand sanitizer to help keep the gym clean and manage germs effectively. Keep being an awesome gym.

I signed a 6 month contract at Anytime Fitness to use during the winter months, and the facility was clean and well-kept. Once my contract was up I kept getting charged- I called several times and finally got the response that my contract had been automatically renewed without my permission or even notification. Apparently it was written into the fine print that they could do that, although they certainly didn’t tell me as much when I signed up. Shame on me for not reading fine print! It took multiple visits in to finally find someone in the office, where they told me they not only wouldn’t refund any of the extra charges, but would also be charging me for the following month because I was two days shy of their 30 day cancellation notice. Thanks to Covid19 I only used the gym for 5 months, and now I’ll be paying for 9. They kept repeating that the contract lets them do it, but what’s sad is had they not been so shady about the whole affair, I would have been coming back every winter. Now I and everyone I know will never use Anytime Fitness!

I never leave reviews but I thought people should know before they buy a pass. I was told by several people to avoid gym contracts because of extra fees etc. I have several family members who workout at Anytime Fitness so I signed the year contract and agreed to pay the $29.00 a month which is way more than a typical gym pass.They waived all the extra fees and said there was nothing else I would be paying. I was happy to pay more for better quality and less people. However, one week after being charged the $29.00 (Oct 24) I see a charge for $32.00. (Nov 1). I called and talked with the manager and he said that was a yearly fee they charge every November. You would think signing up on Oct 24 that I would have been made aware of an extra fee they would be charging less than a week away.I don''t like knowing they have access to my bank and have no problem charging extra fees I am not aware of. They did not mention this because they wanted me to sign the contract. That means I will be paying $90.00 for the first five weeks of having a membership. I will continue to workout here because I paid for the pass, but I will NOT be recommending to anyone in the future.

Very clean, plenty of equipment. Every thing and more for an advanced lifter like me. Customer service is great, quick to address any questions or concerns, staff feel like friends rather than staff. Love the any hour access. Never had any problem getting access to equipment.

The gym itself is nice and it's not crowded which I like. I needed to cancel my membership which was a 1 year contract. I thought it would just be a fee of 65 bucks to cancel like vasa or planet fitness.But I thought wrong. I have to pay …

Really great location, the fitness room is kind of small so it could be hard for classes if you have more than 4 people. Haven't dealt much with the staff so I can't say anything about customer service here, but they have good variety of equipment to choose from. Always go around 5 pm, until about 7:45 pm and it stays pretty busy the whole time I am there. Love Anytime Fitness!

Great gym with a respectable crowd. .great for people living a busy life especially in Utah county there aren't many options. Not the cheapest but they have quality equipment and I'll pay more for that.

This place is awesome! I have been impressed, always clean, top notch equipment! They have a big turf area for functional training! Really well equipped, I couldn't be happier and I can workout out 24/7!

The vineyard Anytime is SWEET. They added a free lifting rack that's reminiscent of a lot of crossfit gyms. But Anytime is never crowded so there is no fighting for space. There is a lot of space for a huge range of movements and as always the staff is incredible. Great work.

This gym is very clean and kept up very well. Never have any issues with waiting for equipment and they have everything you would need for a god workout. Overall has been a great experience .
