The staff here are incredible and work so hard to provide an exceptional experience so this review is for the Vasa corporate people who clearly are not studio members.I love Vasa but being a studio member and having equipment be broken for so long and not fixed made me realize that I need to hop on here and let you at Vasa Corp know that y’all need to get your stuff fixed. Over a month, one of your studio treadmill has been down and at least 3 and sometimes 4 massage beds being broken is a little much. Hard to get parts, yeah sure that might be true but did you order more than one replacement part if it is broken often? Have you considered fixing the equipment by not holding on to old stuff? I’d rather have two types of treadmills and massage beds than walking in and not being able to use one because they are not all working. “We’ll fix it” is not a solution. Working equipment is.Also put the mats back in the studio red room… and start attending studio red person who thinks they know better than the local staff. No one agrees with you. Feel free to take that personally.

The actual venue is in wonderful shape. The equipment is generally in good repair and it’s very clean. The door on the sauna has been really loud for the past several months and no one has really done anything about it but people can put up with it. The biggest problem that I have with this place is not the location itself but the corporate level. The people in the location don’t really have the ability to be customer support in the customer. Support line is actually terrible.I keep coming back because it gives me what I need in. The staff is super helpful with everything that they’re allowed to do. Just wish they had more power from corporate.

Worst gym ever The monthly fees are a lie. They charge different amounts than what they tell you. They charge you $150 to open an account which is outrageous. Then they tell you it's $10 a month, when it's actually more like $15. And they charge you $50 a year "to keep your account active" because paying every month doesn't mean your active. They also charge you a $25 cancelation few. The support desk is a joke too, so good luck with them. Worst customer service I've ever received. So it's $215 for your first month 🤯, and that's just for the basic membership, which means you can only go to 1 vasa.

I love VASA! Best gym with the friendliest staff. I have been a member for seven years and now I’m part of management with the company. It has everything you need to help you with your fitness goals and is the best price around. I have seen so many lives changed from coming to this gym including my own. I love feeling seen and supported as soon as I walk in through the doors and hope that each person that comes in feels this way too.

Brenton has been great to work with. Customer service was actually fantastic.

Their boutique HITT class has 4 stations, is well-rounded & addicting because it keeps me hitting my health goals!!I also love many of the classes with amazing instructors like Kaitlin for yoga, Shauna for Butts & Gutts, Lachelle & Morgan for for High fit, etc!! Great gym with all the weight lifting equipment needed & floor room, pool, saunas, tanning, massage beds, etc!

Absolutely love the range of equipment and how nice the staff are. 10/10 recommend.

It could have one space for boxing but its nice, its big and have a lot of machines

If I could give 0 starts I would. Constantly overcrowded, I was able to go 4x in a month and I gave up to planet fitness. I’m moving to Arizona so I thought that transferring it would be better but no. There’s no location near by and they are changing me $100 to cancel for something that I wasn’t able to use. I’m so pissed ! If you read the review before signing the contract, read it or don’t do it !!!

I love this location. I recently joined again after having to cancel for a few years due to the virus, and the girl that helped me was so friendly and welcoming. I've been with VASA since the beginning and I love this gym. I always have a good experience and feel comfortable. I love to workout and there is plenty to do here. I think the placement of this location is very nice as well.
