This place is great. I’ve done physical therapy and see the Chiropractor regularly. Everyone is so nice and they know what they are doing. Von is the first chiropractor I trusted to adjust my neck and back. I will be a forever client.

Cami was fantastic to work with. She was attentive to my sore body and really helped my back feel better! I did the 90 min massage and I am glad that I did!!

Matt is an incredible physical therapist. I love that he is always keeping up with the best practices. He’s very kind and scientific in his approach. He’s helped me fix issues that many other PTs couldn’t get figured out. If you’re looking for someone who is going to get you back to activity, he’s the guy.

I was referred to Elevate by my PA who told me how happy he was with his outcome. I, too, I have been very impressed with the treatments I have received. Jeanine, the massage therapist I have met with most frequently, has always excelled in addressing my lower back, shoulders, and other problem areas. Plus, I enjoy speaking with her! Much the same can be said for my chiropractor, Von Alleman. My back always feels much better after my adjustment and I enjoy speaking with him, too.

I have been going to Elevate for years and have always had a great experience with Dr Von Alleman as my chiropractor. He is so knowledgeable, gentle, and personable.I am currently pregnant and this pregnancy has been particularly hard on my body. It has made all the difference to see both Dr Alleman and Cami, the massage therapist. Cami has had so many useful insights on my body as I have been consistently getting prenatal massages. Her massages are such a good mix of both relaxing and therapeutic. I have been so grateful for the help they have both been during this physically difficult time!

Karrie and Rich are absolute Life Savers. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and immediately called a nutritionist recommended by my Insurance. They put me on a plan that made things worse. Their answer was to take more meds. NO THANKS! Metformin made me sick and sluggish. My Doctor referred me to Elevate and immediately, I saw the difference. They knew what they were talking about and created a specific plan for my medical needs and goals. Within a week, my Blood Glucose levels were flat lining around 120. Having been accustomed to 250-300 BG, it was like night and day difference. I realize now that I was likely dealing with Diabetes for longer than I thought as I couldn't remember the last time I woke up not feeling groggy and foggy headed. I frequently had headaches and struggled to keep my weight down. I've been with them for only 2 months and have already lost over 15 pounds and my BG is coasting around 110 on a regular basis. I am 100x more educated about Insulin levels in my body, ketosis and have had an extreme shift in my physical and mental well being. I have more energy and am able to focus better than I ever have. My body recovers from sickness faster than before and I'm building muscle like I was 20 years old again. I can't thank you enough. I wish I could leave a video review so I could show everyone my BG reading and before/after pics from just a few months ago. I love you guys dearly for what you've helped me accomplish. I've only known them for a few months but they feel like family.
