Incredible experience! I feel stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally than I have in years. EXL has changed my view on training and working out. Always fun, never monotonous, and no injuries thanks to Mat's feedback and instruction. I could go on and on - just try it.

I love going to boot camp! Having a trainer is the only way for me to stay focused! Mat also trained my son during his high school sport offseason. He was in the best shape of his life when the season started!!

EXL has helped revive the athlete in me and, I think, really helped me save myself.Personally, I have been working out and weight lifting for over 14 years now. I have pretty extensive experience, lifted a lot of weight, and have been fairly consistent (5-6 days a week at the gym) for a long time. I didn't join to get exercise help. About three years ago I started gaining weight and couldn't stop it. I tried all the diets, I was consistent on the gym, joined basketball leagues, did cardio, ran hills, you name it. Nothing worked. I got to where I felt I was at a crossroads and I would either fix it or maybe never get come back from it. That is when I met Mat and EXL. I did something I thought I'd never do and hired a trainer. :)While I didn't need someone to tell me how to work out, I needed someone to help me fix this. Mat talked about my goals, listened to me, asked about my life/family/etc.. We worked together, I set my goals and plans and he helped me work to achieve them. We discovered, through some exploring, what I needed to change and what was contributing to my weight gain. (No, it wasn't just exercise and diet) I have lost weight, got exponentially stronger and felt better than I have felt in 3+ years. I feel the athlete in me is back.I wasn't sure I'd ever feel right again, or get back to where I had been. I was the lowest I had been, but that has changed. I have EXL to thank for helping me put myself on the right track. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This is a great place for people who struggle with being self-motivated to work out on their own at a regular gym. Since doing a couple bootcamps at EXL I have noticed a big difference in how I feel about exercise and fitness. The classes are fun, the people are great, and the trainer is inspiring. It's more expensive than a regular gym, but I get so much more out of EXL that I feel it's worth it.

I started exercising here in January and didn't expect stick with it for very long or to love it as much as I did, and still do. I have always been active but mostly focused on distance running so when I started in the Boot Camp classes I was shocked at how many of my muscles I had been neglecting for so long. Mat is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer and adapts and creates workouts for ALL body types and skill/strength levels. In just a few months I saw immense changes in my body but more importantly, I felt so much stronger and healthier. My husband took me to Hawaii in May and I can honestly say I have never felt more confident in my bathing suit. I feel healthier and stronger which actually makes me feel sexier and more comfortable in my own skin. Highly recommended this gym. Great trainer, great community, great workouts and facility.

My experience at EXL Fitness has been fantastic. I always enjoy the boot camp classes and look forward to going each time. For me, the workout experience has been unique and unlike anything else I have done previously. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and keep me motivated. I love EXL Fitness. I just finished a month of it and it is absolutely hands down my favorite form of exercise. Matt and Kyle are awesome trainers! I love the routines they put together. After just 28 days I feel stronger and look more defined. I would recommend EXL to anyone looking for a great workout in a team environment.

I love EXL Fitness because I get the best work-out. Because of that, I’m so much more inclined to “eat right” because I don’t want to compromise my efforts from the workout earlier in the morning. I’ve found that I’ve had success where I didn’t think was possible. My stomach finally is flat (yes after 4 children, 2 of which were nearly 10 lbs.—people still remind me of how big my stomach was!)I’ve had a membership at a gym for years but got tired of the same routine, same crowd…The work-outs with Kyle are so dynamic that I always get that “burn” and I love the work-outs because they’re so efficient. I don’t have to spend an exorbitant amount of time trying to get results. Kyle is such a great trainer, positive and encouraging. I honestly had a mailer from EXL pinned in my office for about two years thinking to myself “oh, can I do that? Would I make a fool out of myself? Would I be able to keep up?” (Just lots of unnecessary worry) Everyone is nice and encouraging to each other. It’s a fun energetic environment.I’ve studied about exercise and healthy eating for about 17 years. Everything that I’ve learned I see at EXL Fitness--plus more. Mat steered me in the right direction to see a nutritionist to help me balance my hormones where my regular doctor could not. That, in combination with the exercise, has made all the difference. The work-outs have helped my tension headaches. I have had headaches that last for months where they just won’t go away. After an MRI showing nothing, I felt nothing less than despair. The doctor just wanted to prescribe me some drug—which I declined. I’ve had surgery on both my shoulders, my last one just 6 months prior to working out at EXL. I was worried that I would not be able to do a boot camp, what I found was that it helped rehabilitate my shoulder. It’s such a great way to start my day. Thanks EXL Fitness!

I love it! And I'm not the type to enjoy working out. The routines are demanding with varying levels of difficulty, and the group atmosphere is perfect for me - I tend to feed off others' energy. The instructors are encouraging and motivating. Whatever your excuse, forget it and sign up today!
