Ive been working with Conner over the last 1.5 years and am very satisfied with the results. I have dropped body fat percentage, gained muscle, decreased my back pain and improved my flexibility. He also has written me a detailed Macro plan to help me bulk and drop fat even further!

Conner is the man! He started out by asking me what my goals are so that he and I would both be on the same page. He showed full confidence in me and explained that he would do everything he could to help me reach those goals, but it would require strong effort on my part as well. Since then he has pushed me and I've benefited from his great knowledge of the human body and how to make it bigger, faster and stronger. Plus the price is way cheap for the quality of training you will receive!

Conner is an amazing trainer. I was hesitant to go to a trainer but my experience at Performance Training has been great! I have increased my strength and fitness so much. I have also lost over 40 pounds. I couldn't be more pleased with my progress. Just wish I would have done it sooner.Now my son is starting to prepare for playing college sports.

Conner is INCREDIBLE! He has a vast amount of knowledge and really knows how to train and coach. In the time I've been working with Conner he has been able to pinpoint my body's muscles that need attention and has been an incredible teacher. He motivates without being obnoxious or corny. He is patient, but still firm, as you make changes in your life. All that, plus he's so down to earth that it makes the workouts fun and enjoyable. Anyone looking to get fit for an event (or for life) - Conner can get it done!

Working out with Conner has helped me reach some of my goals and get closer and closer to reaching others. He's preparing me for my collegiate athletics as well as helping me perform better now. Not only have I seen progress, but other people notice it as well. I have been able to put on 10 pounds of muscle within the short amount of time I've been working with Conner. He's an awesome guy, and I am looking forward to more hard work!

I have been working out with Conner for 3 months now and love my workouts with him. He is motivating and pushes me to do more than I would do on my own. Conner takes a whole view approach focusing on building you a workout as well as a macros plan to help you achieve your goals. The gym is a great place to workout as the people there are focused on their own personal goals and trainer which helps you to do the same. Conner keeps me focused and motivated to stay on my plan even on days when I'm not at his gym. He has a great, easy to talk to personality and leaves ego aside. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Connor is amazing as a trainer, and the facilities are quality for a small gym.This year I lost 62 lbs in 8 months from a mixture of diet, exercise and determination and that's in a huge part thanks to Conner. He listened to my goals and setup appropriate exercises and expectations to help me meet those goals.I would recommend performance training to anyone and everyone.

Conner is the best trainer I have ever worked out with. He is knowegable about everything you can think of with increasing your strength and agility including nutrition. Growing up I always played sports and was athletic but felt like I was the skinniest kid on my teams and couldn't figure out how to gain muscle and weight. I worked out everyday with Conner for 3 months and felt the best I had ever felt in my life. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being judged on how much I could lift. All he cares about is that you are lifting with the correct form and that you are pushing yourself as hard as you can. He genuinely wants you to be better. In those 3 months I went from being six foot and only weighing 145 with 9% body fat to 165 pounds and 5% body fat. I would recommend training at Performance Training to anyone that wants to change their body and life.

Performance Training is the best gym I've ever gone to. Not to mention the owner, and my personal trainer Conner, is so easy to work with! The first time I went in to Performance Training, he sat down with me and helped me write down some personal fitness goals. He then wrote out a meal plan and a workout schedule specifically for me to help me reach my goals! I've felt embarrassed at other gyms, but Conner was encouraging and helped boost my confidence. He's helped me change my lifestyle, not just what I eat. If you want to get into better shape, looking for a healthier life style or just want to feel better than you ever have, then Performance Training is the way to go. They'll take great care of you, just like they do me.
