talked to an extremely rude employee on 2/13/2023 when I was expressing that I would prefer to cancel over the phone since I’m super pregnant. at the end of the call I thanked her and said I appreciate it and she just hung up. didn’t say a single word. Horrible customer service

The back of the gym was an iceberg. Apparently the A/C is on and it’s 17 degrees outside. Also the gym floor was filthy and the staff was buried in their phones.

It’s always clean, the staff is always friendly, and I’ve never had to wait to do a workout. I’m almost hesitant to even post this review ‘cause I want things to stay how they are. I do with they would be open longer on the weekends. That’s the only critique I have.
