Since I started working out at Crosskick last October I’ve not only LOVE the environment and each of the instructors, but I’m hooked!!! I absolutely love it! The workouts are challenging and different everyday! I’m seeing results, hitting PRs and feeling good about myself. Thanks Crosskick!

I have been at Crosskick for almost two years and love it! The coaches are all trained and very knowledgeable about the types of movements used in Crossfit. The work outs are always different and can be adapted to your level of fitness/skill needs. The community is so supportive and encourages not only physical health habits but also taking care of your mental health too! I have also lost 20 lbs., reduced my body fat and gained muscle that has toned my body back to pre-baby form!

I’ve never stuck with one type of workout before I found Crosskick. This gym has changed my life, body and mind. I am more confident and more fit than I have ever been before and I am so grateful for the coaches and all they have done to help me achieve my goals personally and helping me to become a better coach myself!

I absolutely love this gym. The coaches are amazing they are so knowledgeable about the lifts and health. They are encouraging and want you to find the best you. The people here are incredible like a little family so kind and never feel any judgement. You can come with any skill level and there will always be a great workout waiting for you. I have achieved so many goals because of the support I have gotten. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

I've officially been signed up with CrossKick for a whole week! I'm loving the energy and variety that the instructors give in the workouts. Both Annie and Nicole have been awesome at making me feel welcome and learn the proper techniques for both the boxing and weight lifting. I am excited to continue my journey with you! This was honestly a really awesome workout. This was my first time. I have been working out hard for 3+ years for 2 hours a day, and this workout still killed me. Great combo of kickboxing and CrossFit. I've done CrossFit classes before and this was just as good, if not better, in my opinion. Annie was the instructor and she's really great and was very skilled and knowledgeable. Lots of weights, dumbbells, kettlebell, barbells with weight plates, and plenty of body bags. 1 hours workout with 30 min kickboxing high heart rate and 30 min CrossFit. Try it out, you won't regret it.
