This gym is amazing! The facility is nice and it has a lot of equipment. The programmed workouts are always fun and new! The owner/ head coach is very friendly and motivational! If you're looking to lose fat and build muscle and have a good time doing it, then this is the place to go!

My boys & I really love to exercise here. The equipment is top notch & Brandon (instructor/owner) knows his stuff. Brandon is not only knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition but he also competes in different competitions. He knows what he's doing. I would recommend The Grid Fitness to everyone.

I would recommend this gym to everyone. I went into The Grid Fitness wanting to get a good workout but I had a pulled muscle in my shoulder. Brandon was able to modify all the movements I needed in order to get a great workout and not injure myself. Love the weight loss focused programming. Clean facility. Awesome coach.
