My daughter goes here for tumbling and loves it. Great coaching and excellent facility. So nice to have a gym of this quality close to home.

Amazing! Love the toddler class for my two boys! The teacher was amazing and really challenged them while making it so fun for them. 10/10 recommend!

We love Vital Force Athletics!! There staff is amazing! They also have a preschool program that is amazing! Both my children love going there!!

We’ve been at VFA for a couple years now and so happy we made the switch. The staff is so friendly and the gym is clean and well taken care of. They go above and beyond for the parents and help the kids excel!

This is our favorite gym!!!! We have gym hopped most of the gyms in the area and from our experience, this gym has the best coaches and the cleanest facility. They care about their students and even started a new class so my daughter could continue advancing without having to join team. They also added 30 minutes to my daughters class and only raised the price by $5!Other things we like:-class time is used efficiently with little to no down time-each student can work on their own level of skills, instead of being stuck practicing the same thing-my daughter is spotted when she needs it-they do not push “private lessons” in order to advance like other gyms in the area-students can advance without being on team (another tactic other gyms use to require more hours and fees)-gym is air conditioned

Update June 2023To the owner: prices went from $10 to $15 for open gym. How is that not a 50% increase? I get it, prices are going up everywhere, but 50% is a lot. Also, there were no "keep out" signs when my wife was rudely spoken to - those were added later. Dropping another star.------------------------------Update April 2022Open gym prices went up 50%, and my wife was rudely spoken to when our kids were playing with the kid equipment up in the loft waiting area. I heard the company was recently acquired. Our time here may be coming to an end.--------------------------------Great instructors, great equipment, very clean facility. Our kids love doing open gym on Saturdays. They have a large viewing balcony with free wifi for parents to hang out and watch.
