Had the membership for a minute until the staff tried to force me to take a picture. This is the only location btw that harass members about photos and I travel to different cities and states. Horrible location and staff. The staff member couldn’t show me the policy because there isn’t one and he was very aggressive, didn’t get to do my workout and I had to pay the entire month not prorated then he told me I couldn’t work out. I didn’t make a big deal I left because I know he didn’t care. No company can force you to breach your privacy, why would they want a picture if I have my drivers license for proof it’s me?! I have worked in the tech industry for a while and AI is real!. Cancelled the membership gladly, and the guy was so aggressive, there are hardly any machines available during the week anyway. I will never sign up for this gym ever again I have recommended it before and I called all my friends and told them to switch ASAP.

worse experience ..!!! I signed up for a one day FREE pass. Show the workers that I have it a day and it’s valid for one day.. she refuse to let me use the gym. The lady said I could not attend the gym that I needed to pay $15 FOR A DAY PASS even though I showed her my email and the confirmation, She still refuse. Horrible, terrible staff they do not know how to do they job unfortunate so I signed up for EOS ….YAY #EOS Fitness…!!!!!

The subscription that includes the classes is not worth it, the counter staff does not know how to report anything, the schedules are not known how they manage it, there is no customer service staff who can help you. Les doy 1 estrella porque no hay menos pero en atención al cliente merecen nada personal muy antipatico

This place is incredible. I went in to cancel my membership because of poor employees and was told that I had to come back during normal business hours to speak with a manager because the woman didn’t know how to perform the task. Her comment “it’s early, what did you expect”

WORST gym I have ever been to … hands down. In addition to the fact that their equipment sucks compared to other gyms, there is also no pool, and the place is extremely crowded always.BE AWARE: When you close your account they also won’t cancel it … and will keep charging you fees … then send you to collections for money you don’t owe. This place is worse than a joke. Total scam.STAY FAR AWAY!

I had canceled my membership due to having major surgery recently after being a customer with the gym for over a year because my husband had the most expensive membership to bring me as a guest once I started to feel better. I went this morning to do yoga since I have finally started to feel up to it and once we got there the woman that the front desk told me since I had already come to a class once as a guest I would not be allowed to this class and either needed to sign up again or leave. I went to sign up again but didn’t have my banking information on hand and instead of them working with me to deal with it later I was told I needed to leave. I went to say goodbye to my teacher since we are close and she waited outside the door until we left. The customer service has always been lacking at this location and every time I have dealt with this women it has been an issue. This certainly makes me never want to come back if this is how they handle conflict resolution.

Been here for 1 year, please be aware you must make a special trip to cancel membership in person - as other reviews state, it is not an easy, simple process. There are silly fees.Front desk/trainers: some were cool and helpful, others are uppity with no work ethic. I had an alright experience with them. I appreciate the ones with initiative.Overall feel of gym is opposite of down to earth. General sour vibe.Often way over crowded with no inclusivity towards different genres of music. The real MVPs are the CLEANING STAFF. The WORK YOU DO MATTERS, thank you for keeping the gym/bathrooms clean. That made my time there enjoyable. I saw your hard work and elbow grease you put in 💪✨

1. The music they play is way too loud and not a fan of the music choice, it makes it difficult talking to a workout partner.2. It's also super crowded almost all the time.3. No one wipes anything down before or after they use the equipment, and people often don't re-rack their weights. It's a good supplemental option if your main gym has worse hours.I'll update this review if they make any positive changes.

Big gym with lots of equipment! When you sign up you have the option to do a "kickoff" which is basically a $10 personal training session. The only thing that bothers me is that I have chosen not to do it because I don't feel the need to do it and the amount of times I've gotten texts asking me to schedule my kickoff session is really annoying. You'd think they'd communicate with each other so that they know half of their co-workers have already texted me and I've already said no. Even when I sign in they'll notice I haven't done it and talk to me about it when really they're wasting time that I could spend working out. What bothers me even more is they don't bother my husband about it that much. I feel like they go after the females. Great gym otherwise - rant over.

So I loved going to this gym I loved the classes and everything I just moved too far to keep coming and had to cancel my membership. There was some mix up somewhere with my cancellation and I had to come back to get it fixed and Matt the manager went above and beyond to clear everything up for me the gym overall and management is amazing!
