I like that the changing rooms have a bench. However, the Steamroom is directly across adjacent to the showers. This means if you're going to take a shower you walk past everyone in the Steamroom or outside doing their hair. Also, there is no way to walk away from the gym rats. You literally walk through folks working out. Not cool! Front desk was cool though.

I cancelled my Gym membership with them back in March of 2022. Somehow they got my new card information in November of 2022 and started charging me again without authorization. I disputed the charge and they agreed with the merchant to refund me. Today I noticed they billed me for December, January & February. At this point this is fraud and I will be contacting the state attorney. I can’t imagine how many people they’re stealing money from.

Crunch has had everything my wife and I have needed at a great price! Pros: plenty of squat racks, benches, and machines. 24/7 accessibility during the week and good hours on weekends. No issues with other members or staff and everyone is just there to get a workout in. Cons: The pricing can be very confusing because there are signs advertising a $9.99 price but the staff don’t seem to know about this deal. The $14.99 option seems to be the most affordable overall.Dropped from a 5 to a 3 because of the constant harassing my wife gets about doing a kickoff session with the trainers. Even when she declined, she was still signed up and when she found out she immediately cancelled prior to the session scheduled. They STILL charged her $10 even tho she did not want the kickoff session at all… still waiting to talk to the manager about this..

Very large but when i visited, the music was so loud it sounded like a live concert was taking place. I remember thinking it would probably even be hard to hear my own music with my earbuds in with how loud they had the music. The other deal breaker was they wanted access to my bank account for the membership. Credit card not good enough, they need access directly to my bank account, i dont think so. Ill check the YMCA 5 minutes away

This is a ok gym, aside from certain equipment that stays broken for most likely more than a month, the over abundance of members and the low quality of staff engagement, This gym is alright. I can tell that the general manager is just here for a good time and just to make money. Never any urgency to fix anything. In the mens locker room one of the stalls has been missing it’s lock for more than 2 months. Such a simple fix but it never gets done. And the staff are all always in a bad mood, never engaging with their members. Like I said it’s an ok gym but I wouldn’t be coming here religiously. The manager couldn’t care less about its members. I’ve been with crunch for a few years now but I have to say this has been my least favorite location. I hope they can get it together. Shoutout though to some of the cleaning staff, they’re always busting their behinds.

Worst gym experience ever. They advertise $9.99 but I was told that rate isn’t available at this gym when I signed up months ago. They decided to do renovations during January, the busiest month of the year, on a Saturday, the busiest day, without warning to the paying gym members. INSANELY loud drilling concrete and half the gym unavailable.

Very shady business practices. Stay away. When I went to cancel my membership, they wouldn’t let me leave the store until I paid an annual fee of $50. When I asked to see the contract, the manager was not able to produce a document where I agreed to this. The manager called her GM in front of me and he said he would call me back to resolve the issue and this never happened. Just a cautionary tale for those being lured in by the marketing. Beware the hidden costs and shady customer service.

The gym is ok. Does not have as much equipment as some other locations and is a little smaller than what I’m use to.I would avoid signing up at this location if you are looking to join crunch. This location has different payment policies compared to others in the area and explain them to you by shoving a sign in your face with no explanation on why they are changing a contract policy. I recommend signing up through belle isle. They have better policies and staff who take the time to ensure clients are educated and leave happy.

Prepare for all the archaic gym billing and cancellation games that you hear about from the 90’s. “It’s outlined in the contract” they’ll say. But it’s weird because I look at the contract and the only part relevant is section 22 where Crunch says they can terminate or change services, rates, and facilities but it doesn’t release you from any obligation under the agreement. Know what you’re getting into! You won’t be able to cancel except in person or via certified mail because they “need to confirm your identity”. What a hilarious corporate response. It’s strange that they don’t need to confirm my identity when updating billing information to charge me more.Go to a local gym instead. Looking forward to the canned “we’re sorry to hear… but the contract… blah blah” corporate response LOL

As a former member of Planet Fitness I was not really intrigued to make the switch to an equally affordable gym. That was until one day I decided to pop into this location only to be greeted by an award winning character and fitness trainer Angelo. Angelo gave me a tour of the facility and offered me a HIIT workout tutorial. I was sweating after the warm up 😭✅ Great facility with lots of equipment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
