I never been in this location, today will be my first time, I'm going to comment about all 24 hr fitness, people think that they pay the membership and they can do wherever they want, no, no....We must respect the policy and We must clean the machines after e/use... They can not control dirty people. Every time I go I see a person cleaning the restrooms and some people they don't care, they don't flash the toilet, the leave toilet paper on the floor, a lot of women dont respect to other and they walk in the restrooms nude and the sit on the bench, thats nasty....We must have conscious to orhers and flash the toilet, don't show nude, pick up your trash and clean after use...ITS EASY. I had been member since was family fitness and I'm so happy.

Don't come here if you're new in town. They'll turn you away for not having a California ID. Big yikes. I sure know where I'm NOT going to be getting a membership. Insane.

Terrible gym, dozens and dozens of groups of teenagers (in groups of 5+) that sit on all the equipment for 30+ minutes at a time and nothing is done about it. Stop promoting specials when your gym/staff can not handle the current members. This gym has just gotten worse and worse over the past few years. After seven years here, I will be switching.

One word: GHETTO. The ghettoest location I’ve ever been to in all my life. The treadmills are not routinely serviced. Can’t even do a proper HIIT session without the belt sticking and skipping, which can lead to foot or ankle injury. Most of the workout machines here are for beginners and are not serviced or checked either.

Great amenities however the cleanliness is not up to par. Bathrooms constantly need attention, one stall in particular with blood stains from beginning of year smh.Women’s locker rooms lights dim. Staff is friendly. Mornings are best to workout, less crowded.

Went in tonight for the first time since August & Rafael in the front counter did not let my younger brother in trying to run us for some cash for a “FREE 3 DAY PASS” even after we signed him up for a FREE 3 day pass and have a confirmation code via text stating to walk up to the front and show ID which he had.. Rafael stated he couldn’t let him in due to the fact that he was a member previously, which he was, but the free 3 day pass says otherwise. This is from the 24 Hour Fitness Free 3 Day pass sign up page; “User must not have been a guest or member of 24 Hour Fitness within the last 6 months. Photo ID required. Local residents only.” No where does it say I have to pay $25 per day for a “free” pass. It was Rafael and a new gentlemen tonight & I asked for a manager or a supervisor he told us to come back tomorrow. Didn’t let him work out tonight. We’re not trying to “trick” the system and go in for free. I kindly asked if we can workout tonight and I’ll come back tomorrow morning and speak to someone more in depth about a new membership for him. I’m a member, I was not going to leave him outside waiting for me. We drive from Port Hueneme to receive this type of unprofessional and rude service. I been here for years I will cancel my membership first thing tomorrow.
