Not impressed Management is unconcerned about grown men walking around the pool area in there underwear and blowing their snot all over the ground by the pool and even in the pool they need to have staff member doing a hourly check around the pool area like normal gyms do and they will see people spitting in the used towels and being very disrespectful when I bring this to their attention they don't seem to care worse gym ever staff are nice when they want to enroll you after that anything goes don't waste your money unless you like a dirty gym and unprofessional staff and when something breaks they take forever to fix it steam room has not worked for weeks so far and is still broke very disappointing I just signed up a few months ago thinking about cancelling soon

This place is great! The employees are helpful when signing up and the front desk is capable of helping with anything you need! It does get crowded but aside from that it's definitely worth it.

Usually pretty crowded but you can still get a good workout in. Just wish other people were more inclined to wipe the machines after using them.

One of the best 24 hour fitnesses in the area. The place is clean, well maintained, with plenty of machines for the members. Staff is friendly and helpful in general.

Good gym, in that it has a good variety of equipment, free weights and cardio. However, there aren't weight clips/collars! This is sooo unsafe, and since they aren't provided, a liability issue. If theft is that big of a problem, implement a check in/out system. Also, considering the price (not expensive but not cheap either), WiFi would be nice. It is very hard to get a signal inside. That is unless listening to a song three words at a time is your thing.

if i could give this lower than one star i would. So they steal from military! I am active duty. I signed up with my spouse and i placed my account on military freeze for leaving the area for deployment since i couldn't use the gym. I was told it was placed on freeze by the members at the gym. Then i get a phone call from their collections department while on deployment saying i was past due 6 months of payment. i told them i had a email verifying my account was placed on military freeze. They told me i was sent a letter. (which my spouse never revived) I asked why you would send a military member (who is on deployment) a letter and not a phone call or a email... no answer from the rep. I then demand my account be closed. The rep complies and closes my account and my spouse's account after 30 min of arguing. Then he tells me he cant waive the fees which i shouldn't have been charged in the first place, and that they will be dropped after 90 days anyways. i say i want it in writing and the rep says he cannot provide it to me. Finally i give up cuz ya know... im deployed... and end the call..... Fast forward to today (1 day later) and there is a charge for 39.99 in my account from 24 hour fitness. So ya..... think twice before you use this gym and go on deployment.... you might come back owing them a your first born.

My main issue wth the gym is the pool area. Peole don't rinse before they ener the pool. They enter the pool from the sauna all sweaty. The pool is basically a hot tub of bacteria. I would hope that 24 hr reinforce sanitation policies .
