Zero stars if that was an option. Very dirty gym which means members don't care and trash the place and no cleaning crew.

This is the dirtiest, nastiest gym I have ever been to. Members do not respect this gym and the employees obviously don’t care either. Will not be returning.

Best 24 hour fitness in Ventura/Oxnard! Swimming pool, basketball courts, huge weight room and cardio. Only hiccups or downfall is that its very popular and packed. Do not go during peak times unless you want a meat market!

I like this gym as it's well run with friendly staff. Had a problem with billing after switching my account under Medicare provider and Wendy the Manager took care of my issue quickly with resolution. Thank you!

The 24 Hrs. One mile from me in The Collection in Oxnard is sort of a "mad house". POSITIVE: The staff is friendly and courteous, they stay open 24 hours, and lately I saw at least 1 person cleaning during the day.NOT POSITIVE: it doesn't feel or appear clean facility, equipment is often broken, "a lot of the lower weight dumbells are missing" all the time and are not being replaced, weights are always in disarray and staff although claims they re-stack them often, it's always messy, jacuzzi / sauna are dirty and muddy, people walk in with shoes, staff sets a "rant over the speakers that they call music" but it's only a violent lyric rant that is countered by a second set of loud speakers in the lobby with a different beat "rant". I go in to decompress, and many times walk out more stressed.I brought those issues to the manager's attention and he basically shrugged off the issue, said to contact corporate. I did try to contact corporate, and I got a call from the same manager who shrugged off my suggestions. To avoid this I have to drive 8 miles to the next 24 hour Fitness in Ventura which is a total opposite of the Oxnard location. Ventura is clean, orderly, calm and it feels like a "HEALTH CLUB" in contrast with Oxnard "insanity club". The downside Ventura is open limited hours.

Bad customer service. I've had issues with my billing for months. I get charged $49.99 and have to call to have it fixed as they are charging me an extra $10 each month. There is also a major discrepancy in their pricing. I went separately from my fiance and he got his membership for only $30 a month but they won't give me that same deal. I call to cancel and they tell me I have to go in person. I work 60 hrs a qeek I don't have time for that.

Don't come here if you are disabled. The elevator hasn't worked in weeks. They don't usually fix things here. In the men's locker room, four of five hand sinks had no running water for several months.

24 hour fitness representative Josh has been extremely helpful with my needs. He has on various occasions checked the Steamroom for proper operations and had made sure is it’s running efficient. His attitude and caring spirit is contagious. He wears a smile at times when interacting with the customers. Good Dude to have there working 👍🏾 …

Disgusting, and unsafe gym. You'll get COVID using equipment or drinking from the water scale covered fountains. It doesn't look like this gym gets cleaned often. A lot of equipment is missing rubber pieces to hold weights. Some are even missing bolts. There's crumbs everywhere, and grim in every corner. The water faucets have hard caked on limescale. Not much different from the other 24 in the Marina.Such a shame too, as the location is nice. They definitely need to upstaff the cleaning people, and maintenance crew. Esporta, while smaller, is much cleaner, and has better equipment standards.

This is a nice split level facility. I'll be putting in the 20 minute drive daily for this one. And it's a true 24 hour
