Super Clean and Spacious. It's very rare that a machine is broken and everything is brand new.

I canceled my membership because I was leaving for the United kingdom and they charged me on three separate occasions accumulating to 300 dollars while I was out of the country.

One of the nicer 24 hours there are in the LA-San Diego area. Service is above average too. Would recommend!

The facility is nice but just like all the other 24's it takes them forever to fix equipment. Going on week 3 and 5 machines are still broken.

The kids zone in 24 hour fitness has a ridiculous rule! If your child has a device they can't play while there in the kids zone. If you ask them they'll tell you have to put it in their cubbie's.Why!

They were quite pushy when I was thinking about signing up. My commitment to actually going into the gym regularly was questioned several times by various sales reps. I was also straight up asked how mad my husband would be with me if I signed up that day when I was upfront ahead of time that he and I had an agreement to discuss prices when I came home after my first workout. Even though he isn't the one paying...that is just what you do when you have shared expenditures. Also, what a rude question! I gave two stars because it's actually a very clean gym with a ton of space and machines. Disappointed the sales reps were too pushy for my taste and the cost was just too high. I found another gym that was cheaper, you pay month to month, and it had one price. Took only 5 min for me to sign up.

As soon as you check in......love the lobby people when they greet you. The locker room is clean and very spacious. The same goes for upstairs. Bottomline....awesome like you know you want to say this is your 2nd home.

Huge location with two floors available for you to use with plenty of free weights and machines. The first floor is composed of cardio machines, basketball court, pool, and sauna. The second floor is all of their weight machines and free weights, as well as their class rooms. You are immediately greeted by someone when you walk in and are offered a towel for you to use during your workout. Additionally, they have a "Kids Club" where they take care of children while their parents/guardians work out. This is very convenient, but it costs $25 a month or $5 a visit - per child. So, if you have more than one child it becomes very expensive to use this service.

I've been going for a couple of months now. They greet you soon as you come in the door and ask if you would like a towel. The cardio equipment on the lower levels have more air conditioning so you don't overheat and employees lower sun shades on hotter days so you don't get the sun in your eyes or as hot. The upper levels have more weight training machines and weights along with a room for classes. I see dust on some of the weights in the machines but they otherwise work fine when I use them. They do sometimes approach you to promote a certain type of group class, Ignite, that costs a good chunk of change every month. But they are polite about it and I'm betting that if I asked to be left to my workout they would have left me alone. So its not like I feel as though I'm being pressured unnecessarily.Fellow gym goers have a decent variety in its demographic. I will see elderly folk lift weights right alongside the hardcore body builders and parents showing their teens how to use the machines properly. The girls predominantly tend to stay on the lower level with the cardio machines while guys are on the upper level with the weights. But I can freely go between them without feeling like I'm being ogled at like what was happening with Gold's Gym turned Powerhouse. I've seen people take their time to wipe sweat off the machine when they finish using it. The only other minor gripe is the occasional time when I'm startled after hearing weights slam against each other before or after someone grunts loudly on the upper level. I'm very certain that staff would address that issue as well if I took the time to bring it up to them. I'll see if my views are the same when more time passes.
