The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful!! The gym itself was very easy to navigate and had all the equipment I need for one awesome workout.

I did not sign up at this location originally but I wish I did. I had a issue with another store (Palatine-do not recommend). They did not want to give me my refund for returning the key fob. My wife worked out at this store and returned my key fob there to Aamir. This gentleman went out of his way to return the key to the other store so Palatine had to refund me. I even asked the Palatine store if they could just coordinate between the stores and they told me, “No, you can bring it here or just not return it and we keep the money”. They were incredibly rude. Aamir at the Rolling meadows store was a true customer service representative in aiding me in this situation. Thank you!!

Aamir is a great manager and very educated on fitness. The members are all decent people aswell. I'd recommend this gym to anyone.
