Great gym! Very clean, staff is very friendly! All equipment works very well. They really do take care of their equipment in this location, everything's lube or oiled :) not like some other locations i have been to.Been going to this gym for about a year and will continue!thank you Anytime :)

Clean gym, all the machines are operational, friendly staff and not super crowded. Everything xsport can't provide you. I would recommend the gym to others!

Great gym and nice trainers. Very expensive though and they talk you into signing a year contract with a personal trainer. Though the training is great, just too expensive.

I like this very gym but I'm mad now because when I registered 2yrs ago ,I was told that I can use anytime fitness anywhere. Just 2months in chicago now and the gym manager stressing me with several email that I have to transfer my membership to Chicago and my contracts in palentine is till June of 2022.Has anyone experienced this before? Even when I asked him what's my limitation to use your gym ,he has no answer, his response was that I frequent the gym enough to be their members lol. He said I'm under paying because anytime fitness is a franchise 🤷♀️

The perfect gym for those who know what they’re doing and like being around others with the same mindset. All the equipment you need and none that you don’t.Staff is generally hands off but keeps the facility spotless and welcoming.All regulars are tolerant of each other’s individual choices regarding mask wearing, which makes for a relaxed and non-hostile environment unlike other, larger gyms.I will continue to recommend AF palatine to anyone in the area.

The gym is spotless, the equipment is new and well maintained. It has big gym facilities and plenty of machines with a smaller gym feel. Been going here for over a year and been the best gym I’ve ever been a member at.

I really enjoyed working here, because they were chill and have excellent equipment. (Iron-forged square shoulder shrug invention) The new Club Manager Brandon was solid in customer service. He picked up the phone professionally and understood my situation. Thanks AF and Brandon!

First the sales team/manager lied promising they weren't going to have a mask policy. Now they have decided on 11/20 they are forcing a mask mandate which is stricter then other gyms in the area. As for the equipment it is all pretty beat …

Great community and member focused gym! My husband and I joined after leaving LA Fitness where we had no connection to the gym or members. Anytime Fitness Palatine has you feel like family, Tommy the gym manager welcomed us in with a prayer on day one when he noticed my cross necklace and Christian faith, truly felt like a blessing to become part of this gym. I’ve also benefited from using the personal training , Samantha is fantastic, she has helped me build muscle in my legs and glutes and completely made me more confident in looking forward to leg day! Proud to be a member!
