Great workout. Former crossfitter. This kicks your butt. So long as you don't mind fast action, loud music and coaches constantly talking to all. I'm finally losing weight!

I like that it's always something different. I can't get bored with the "same old, same old" when I have no idea what's coming next! I also like that there's a lot of positive energy in the room. From the coaches to my fellow classmates, the motivating energy is contagious!

This location has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I am extremely disappointed by the staff members and the manager that owns this locations as well as the Riverwoods location. They make it sound so glorious, you can go to any gym to workout nationwide, but you can only handle business at the studio in which you signed up at. I could walk into any other location and work out, but I can't place my membership on hold, or do anything over the phone. I was out of the country and they said they couldn't do anything for me, which is ridiculous considering how much they charge for a monthly membership. After being fed up with how they conduct business, I went into the Kildeer location, (well before the billing cycle might I add) to cancel and the lady at the front desk assured me that I would not get charge again, yet, I have just been charged once again by a gym that I haven't even attended in over two months. Don't expect a phone call from the manager, because you won't receive one. If I could post negative "stars" I would, but since one star is the only option, I guess I will have to leave it at that. For a company that claims to be so great, you really don't put people first. I could walk into to any other "chain" business if need be and take care of account matters, all they have to do is transfer files, but I guess that isn't an option with OrangeTheory. Really such a shame.

I love OTF because you get an excellent workout, lead by a trainer, in an hour! I love that there is both cardio and strength. And I love that you are challenged to push yourself!! I really love all of the trainers and all the members that I have met are great as well. I always look forward to Orangetheory!!

Amazing workout every time! Changes everyday, never boring, and always a challenge. The best part is having a coach showing you how to complete the exercises and keeping you motivated! You don’t have to think, just show up and do the work!

As someone who has been a member of this studio since November of 2018 and has visited other studios (including out of state, I would love to add some feedback. The great: The staff and coaches here are absolutely outstanding. The feedback they provide is meaningful, done so in an effective way, and they are all so personable when you walk in. The facility is also very clean, including all the equipment. The good: I have had to put my account on freeze and the desk staff really helped me. They were very accommodating as I had to take a 3 month break. If they wouldn't have helped me out, I probably would have dropped my membership. I have also had to move classes and cancel. They have been able to help me out, but I also understand they are under pressure from corporate to keep things consistent. I respect and understand that.Areas for growth (because "the bad" is just so negative): My only complaint is with corporate, which is why I am not taking a star away from this lovely studio. I absolutely despise that corporate is going studio by studio and asking them to remove the things that provide individuality. I LOVED the calendar in this studio and all of the awesome things written around on the walls. With the changes and being asked to take everything down, it has become cookie cutter. Instead of lowering the bar, corporate should use studios that are killing it as a new standard and have others step up and figure it out. Rant over.I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a good workout and to meet good people.
