UFFA is the best from fitness to self defense. Flaviu is an amazing instructor he'll help you reach your goals. If you don't quite understand something he's always there to help you through it. He's amazing and after one visit you'll see why.

Gorgeous, brand new gym!!! I had been doing different martial arts for years before I met the owner/coach of UFFA. Shortly after I started to train with him, I quickly learned how washed out and useless all the other training I had done was. This gym is the real deal!!! Whether you want to get in the best shape of your life, be confident in defending yourself, or learn how to fight this is your gym!!! They have a great schedule, open 7 days a week during the day and at night so even with my busy schedule, I am able to get to classes all the time!! Come get a killer workout in and have a blast while you do it!!! It's super addictive!!!

Wonderful place to be. Flav gives you a great workout and encourages you all the way through. I'm a beginner, but Flav works with everyone, based on their level. My wife absolutely adores this place!

This place is incredible!!!Doesn't matter the shape you are just COME!! Really it is that simple.Flaviu is the best and last coach you will EVER have.I will start by saying that I am 350 pounds and yesterday (2 weeks after I started) I went for morning and evening class not because I wasn't tired becauseI LOVE THAT PLACE. Nobody can motivate you to give your best and a little more 😂 like Flaviu.He is extremely proficient in self defense and all area of MMA and you should see the fitness classes !!!Thank you Ultimate Fighting and Fitness Academy!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place, great group and a great trainer/teacher! Flaviu will test your limits and push you beyond them. It's a pleasure and privilege to train with him and I consider myself very lucky to have found this gym only 15 minutes away from my home!
