You can't buy happiness, but you can join ULTIMATE FIGHTING AND FITNESS ACADEMY and it's pretty much the same. It will improve your quality of life on any aspect. It'll clear your mind and energize you. You'll never get tired/out of gas again, and if you do, it'll bring smile on your face because it'll be nothing compared to for sure. You either want to learn kravmaga / mma or get in /improve shape, this is the best place. All hype about instructor Flaviu is true, he'll do half of the job for you, the hard part -motivation. Just show up for free class and... you will never go to a regular gym again.

I've been working out since I was 17 years old. I've been through the Marines, Krav Maga gyms, and even Crossfit. I can tell you nothing has come close to the quality of training that the instructor Flaviu provides in his gym. He will push you to be better than you ever thought you could be, while providing a safe environment to learn in. He provides training in Boxing, Krav Maga, Ground Fighting, Kickboxing Weapons Defense, and he even has a program for kids. However, my favorite are his fitness classes, which have pushed me to be in the best shape of my life. Let me be blunt about his fitness classes: Body fat percentage went down to 7.2, which skyrocket my muscle definition, and for the first time ever 6 pack abs. He knew my goals, so he pushed and motivated me to reach those goals and surpass them. I may live 14 miles away from his gym, but there is no other trainer that can give me the results like he can, so I make the trip. That in itself is a testament to the quality training this gym provides.If you are looking for a gym that can teach you the skills you need to defend yourself in this crazy world, or looking to be in the best shape of your life, there is no other place that comes close to this one.
