management and staff don't enforce the planet fitness rules and guidelines about phone usage and super sets. They seem to be afraid to enforce thier own rules with some people.Maybe it's time for a new manager.

Friendly staff and most people are so helpful. Great place to get away and get in a nice workout when it isnt so crowded in the afternoon for those that work night shifts. Love the flexibility of the gym hours of operation.

Solid for a planet fitness. Workers are chill and there are some more serious lifters here. The new years revolutionists and the beginners usually don’t pose much of an issue. Occasionally there’s an old guy who hogs the cable row for 20 minutes but other than that it’s solid.

Great staff! They are always there to help and always greet with a smile. They have great tanning beds and I never have to wait for someone to start them. There is plenty of staff and they are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work! You ALL are WONDERFUL!

The Planet Fitness in Palm Bay, Fl is kept very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I’m quite sure that all gyms have a problem with people sitting on machines forever on their cell phones. There are signs that say cell phone use is restricted to the tables in the waiting area but none of the employees are willing to enforce this rule. It is fine with me if people are using the machine they are occupying but it’s not fair to others to sit on them like they’re sitting on their favorite chair in their home.

This is the best gym in the area. What sets it apart from the others is a friendly staff member Kershana. She always keeps the equipment in clean working order. Always has a smile on and while she is on shift you have the confidence knowing the spray bottles are always filled along with every dispenser. Thank for what you do.

The price is easy got most anyone to join and there are multiple machines to accommodate many people, though I've never had to wait for a machine I wanted more than the time it took me to skip to the next one in my routine. They are slow to refill the towels and sanitizer, and it is up to users to wipe everything down, even during pandemic. The gym itself is clean and as a first time gym member, I am happy with the services and staff.

Good place if you're not big into free weights. Lots of cardio equipment and plenty of strength training machinery. Friendly and helpful staff. Wish the back balls were properly inflated.

The Palm Bay site has friendly staff which is why it gets 3 stars... but they cannot make up their minds on the hours of operation... one week its 24 seven the next its 24 5 but in reality its 24 mon the thursday. I can't go in til after 10 pm so its not worth being a member at this point. Make up your minds and keep to a schedule... also with the contracted hours I'm still paying full price for membership... i signed up when it was 24 7.... i don't care about the covid 19 scamdemic either... if you are that much of a scared sheep then stay home... i need low impact workouts find people bold and unafraid of the lying media's propaganda....keep your business open and set concrete hours.
