Warm atmosphere. People are actually friendly: both the members and the staff. Loads of classes. Plenty of weights. I love that the cardio equipment faces windows. Love this place

Those who use childcare please beware! I had over $70 stolen from my wallet today 7/5/18. By either mrs gina or the new young Hispanic girl. Wow! I trusted these ladies. Very disappointing. I will be taking my business elsewhere and telling all my local mom friends.

Love this place, especially Sherry's step class and yoga class. She is a well-versed and extremely experienced trainer with an amazing heart mind and soul. Meters tabatta class is also one of the highlights of my week!! Her energy helps me persevere because this is a incense and hard class requiring a lot of endurance.

Friendly And knowledgeable staff, wide range of equipment. While it isn't as fancy as some gyms, you can't beat the price/value, friendly members, great range of classes and equipment. No pool, track, or cafe, but there is child care and good workout without a lot of hassle. Has spinning, Pilates and a myriad of classes.

The members at this gym are like a gang of bullies, when you set them straight management looks out for it's interest and if you are just one member then you are the one to go. It's all about money, I got banned for spilling water over some losers head because he kept insulting me, but he had 3 of his friends side with him and I am the one to get my membership canceled.Response 9/1/2018, I never made any threats, I only replied with profanity when presented with it. In order to stop your members physical threats and their profanity I had to spill it. Police was called but it's not a police issue. I am glad you show your face by replying back to me like this. It's also nice to know how you heard the other sides story but not mine. I guess numbers count, money talks.Update 9/5/2018: I am getting charged after getting membership canceled, looks like money is tight in this scam joint. Take a look at the picture below for better clarification.

One of my favorite gyms in Brevard. Very friendly staff and members, great equipment selection from hex bars and kettlebells to GHD and row ergs. The gym is well kept and always getting new equipment. One of our favorite features is the daycare; Gina and the other women are amazing with the kids and trustworthy, and the daycare hours our the best in town.

The equipment selection is phenomenal and in this day and age, 24/7 access is a near requirement to be competitive in the market. Those two reasons are why I South Beach Fitness as good a review as I did. Be warned however; if you visit the facility after staffed hours, prepare yourself to take a trip back in time to your first college frat party. Trust me on this. In one section you have girls who can’t be older than 20 in attire that would make Ron Jeremy blush. In the other corner is a circus of about 5 or 6 grown men making noises that would make a blind man think he was in a gorilla exhibit at the zoo. Some light grunting here and there is respectible and understandable. But the decibels that these grown men’s cries and screams reach is intolerable. Finally, there’s the issue of people lifting in their bare feet. With the rules on the wall clearly stating shoes must be worn, you’d think something would be done. Here’s the kicker, friends. Two of the howler monkey’s in the circus group previously mentioned are employees! One is the cleaning boy! If anyone were to be upset about bare feet on the equipment, one would have to assume it’d be the janitor! Well friends, you’d be wrong. Satire aside, the issues above are real issues and should be addressed. The gym is nice, but the after hours environment is uncomfortable and staff are blatantly letting members break rules

Not the cleanest gym, I rarley saw members or staff use cleaning supplies.Membership is mostly the older crowd not many young people.Very old equiptment, slightly small and often over crowded causing difficulty during workout.Management seems to be self-centered and do not make guests feel welcomed or create an enjoyable atmosphere. Staff members seem disrespectful and unconcerned with members.
