All the attendants and trainers are super friendly. The gym itself is super clean, and the equipment is top knotch.

I have never been so disgusted in any gyms as I have been with this company.. I bought my membership when they were in the process of building. I was then being charged every month and they weren't even open yet. The manager and staff are completely incompetent. Now they've sent me to a collection agency because they ripped me off. They are completely pathetic. If I could give them negative stars it be -10

Gym is ok but you have to be careful with the application. We asked for month to month and the put yearly recurring contract. Called them back and told me them you processed incorrectly. They assured my husband it was corrected and they never fixed it. I did not sign up for a year because I didn't know I was even going to be living here within the next 6 months. Make sure you read that application up and down because there's so many fees they assess. Please be careful and read that application. Super shady.

My husband joined this gym about 4 months the ago. His trainer is Larissa. I can't say enough good things about her. My husband had a stroke about 2 and a half years ago, and pt and ot were only getting him so far. With the determination of Larissa, he is now walking with a cane at pt. She has such a pleasant and upbeat personality and is always pushing him. She encourages him so much that he wants to do better each time. Once he is walking on his own, I will be next to tone up with her. Thank you Larissa.

Been contacting them for months they’re incapable of doing their jobs properly and keep charging me although I sent all Information they needed! I called and rep Ian awnsers I advised him I moved to Lakeland and need to cancel I already spoke with to supervisors that said send my lease and they will wave the activation cost to close the account this man was so rude he hung up he was cursing speaking over me I’ve never delt with such lack in customer service over asking the update on my request I already been working on this place is a joke I wouldn’t recommend.

This is the best gym I've ever joined. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Clean, great equipment, excellent management! I love working out here.

Will randomly cancel your key, but continue to bill you

Not a lot of space to workout, limited number of machines to work with.

Great equipment choices. I love the ReACT machine and hip thrust.
