Workout Anytime Palm Bay

Come here 3-4 times a week and love it!Staff is always friendly and facilities are decently clean!Today though, I went to use the back room with the yoga mats and medicine balls and was told “this is a private session, you can’t be in here” when there was a trainer and a single person sitting on the floor stretching..Where the heck else am I supposed to stretch or do abs when that’s the only spot..?Just frustrating considering I am also a paying customer!

The charge a lot for “premium” but non VIP members can use all the features too because the door to the lounge has never worked.Also the place smells baaaad and the saunas are terrible.

Facilities and staff are great, but after only a short time being open the bathroom (at least for the mens rooms) is a travesty. Random, unexplainable sewage smells, VERY slippery tile floors, and worst of all they only seem to clean them very sparingly. There is already mold present in the showers.I know they don't clean them because I saw the same dirty washcloth sit on the floor of a shower stall for nearly a week before it got removed.Also, IF they do clean the bathrooms, there is clearly no disinfectanct/bleach being utilized. Every gym I've ever been to, you can tell when they are disinfecting and properly cleaning surfaces.Staff is great, but as somebody who relies on good bathroom facilities to get prepared prior to heading to work, if the situation doesn't improve fast I will be taking my membership elsewhere.

Friendly staff good location and clean.

Moderately sized gym with friendly staff.Studio classroom for free use when there is not a class going on.Mostly machines and a small free weights section. 2 squat racks.Cardio section is your standard fare of bikes, stair steppers, treadmills.The facility has 3 aqua massage tables (1 is currently out of order) and a massage chair like the ones you find in the mall.Wet sauna, dry sauna, tanning booths available.Men and women's bathrooms have lockers, showers and changing stalls.Percussion massage thera-guns are available.There are sanitizer stations throughout.Clients are in charge of wiping down their own equipment and following gym etiquette rules.Having said that, it's about half and half of people who wear masks or sanitize equipment after use.If you feel you are at risk wear your mask and wipe down your machine before use.
