Workout Anytime Palm Bay

It's a pretty nice gym. Clean and the equipment is great. If you are a beginner lifter or even intermediate lifter this could be the gym for you. Advance lifters such as competitors like bodybuilders etc might not work too well. There is certain equipment and heavier dumbbells that you will need that this gym doesn't have. Other than that, it's a very nice gym to train at. Would be great if they had decline bench, EZ bar attachment for cables. I particularly love the staff and trainers here. They speak to you and make you feel like you're family and welcome. The only reason it's not 5 stars to me is for the reasons of missing equipment mentioned above but that's a personal preference. Either way its a great gym and I would recommend it to anyone.

Gym is awesome but not for fat folks. Paid extra for massage chair but there one way in and one way out if your fat it hard to get out the chair you have to roll your self out. Lat machine sit so low to the ground and other exercise machines hard to get into being fat. Other gyms like planet fitness and la fitness there machines fit fat folks. Letting fat people no before they sign up limit machines for us fat folks best thing about the gym it open 24 hours

Nice size and space as well as the set up of the facility was well thought out especially having the vip area in a room of its own instead of just sitting the massage chairs upfront in the lobby as other locations have. Definitely love the variety of equipment and different exercise machines some I haven't seen before so there a plus. However giving 3 stars due to the poor quality of customer service. When and if they are engaging with you come off very nonchalant dismissive almost towards an paying member. Customer service is very disingenuous and ive been to this location twice now. Even the manager gm or whichever is his title gives the same customer service while standing at the front desk will not even get an greeting. But I will say their saving grace will be iona (and I am so sorry for misspelling the name) but she was there my first visit she did a great job genuine smile on her face to EVERY member not just the ones they feels she will give service to. She walked me through the whole facility and took her time to explain how to use certain features! Thank you again!

Greatest staff EVER!! ALSO AWESOME Place to feel like home , relax in the sauna, get a tan, and look sharp with a sexy body all in one visit

Friendly staff and best of all they are open 24/7. I like this place because they have a red light therapy machine with their premium membership. Those machines are way too expensive for the average person. Glad they have one available during normal hours til 10pm just in case anyone is curious. I did not have trouble waiting for a machine. What's nice is they also have a sauna and a tanning bed and massage chairs for recovery. Overall I personally like this gym. They seem to have more of the premium items I'd like a gym to have. No pool unfortunately but that's ok. They have cool stuff I'd rather have than a pool. Hope this review helps people make a more informed decision in their pursuit of a gym.

Staff is extremely helpful, cleanliness is a priority here as well as a positive environment daily. Very efficient equipment and outstanding safety habits. Everyone helps everyone, no one is a stranger and a non judgemental facility. Come as you are and do your best! Guaranteed to leave with no regrets!

The gym is great but if you sign up for a personal trainer make sure they don't try and sign you up for months that you did not approve or authorize. I signed up for 3 months but was told later that it was a 6 month contract. Very shady business practices.

I started here about a week ago and I love how clean it is and most of all the massage chairs and gym equipment and the Staff are awesome. Love it still a beginner but not scared to say lol I’m getting it. Thanks Guys
