As PFs go, this one is really small. The open floor area is about the size of a Wawa. The equipment in the yellow 30-Minute section is almost stacked on top of each other. Good luck trying to get a machine. Overloaded with people.

Everything works . Gym is clean and staff is on point

Quick question, you guys are doing renovations and I wanted to know when you guys are reopening?

What a total disappointment! I have been a planet fitness member for approximately 5-7 years (black card). I recently had an argument with another member at the US-100 location in Palm Coast, fl. I was minding my own business working out on the bench press Smith machines. A guy who I seen watching me which I ignored....however I look up and here he comes over to my area dropping his dumbbells in between the weight benches where there is limited space, as I guess that wasn't enough because he also asked me in an aggressive smirky attitude...." what's up you good" . I was like "what "...then the argument started. I couldn't believe that he had to leave the dumbbell area where there was only one person with plenty of room, to come over, confront me in my personal space...I was truly shocked to be honest. So I then walked out after a few minutes after he left. He was still in his car. We talked...shook hands and I assumed that was it. Well I come to the gym a few days later where I was humiliated in front of everyone telling me my membership was revoked...I was like excuse me you have to be mistaken. After the rep treated me like a criminal I was finally told by the more mature reasonable rep why it was done...because of that incident at the US 100 location. I said are you serious....you all don't even do an investigation you don't even look at the videos for proof or countability you all just take a jealous or vindictive person's word. You ruin my reputation infront of my piers ? This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. Also I almost forgot....I was given the area managers information ( Terrance Robertson) from the pf rep. I emailed explaining my concerns twice....yep you guessed it....absolutely no response! Planet fitness shame on you...this type of customer service and lack of leadership will definitely have an negative affect on your brand at some point for sure !!

I have to go early in am they have the best staff and equipment

I have waited 10 months to get someone to show me how to use the equipment. No instructor is available in the foreseeable future

Staff has been great. I’m able to get in and find room for my workouts with no issues!

Very disappointing I thought a franchise gym would be better than this. I counted 13 machines down three out of the four stairstepper‘s were down, and when I asked other people who belong to the gym, they said it’s been like that for over a year very disappointed calling corporate next.
