Extremely disappointed in the misleading and borderline fraudulent practices exhibited by this location.I made it clear to the staff when signing up that I was in town for two weeks and just needed a temporary membership. They assured me that I should sign up for a Black Card Membership (maybe they get commission for these sign ups, who knows?) and that as long as I cancelled before x date, I wouldn’t be charged again. They failed to inform me of the asinine policy that requires in-person cancellation until after I flew back to Colorado. Apparently, the only other way to cancel is to mail a letter expressing your desire to terminate your membership (???). I spent $25 to send a certified mail cancellation request just to have the location claim they never got it and refuse to cancel my membership.Such a bummer as I liked visiting Planet Fitness locations around the country when traveling. Never again.

Pretty good gym. I think the layout of it Is a little weird. Ideally, I'd like to see more weights and fewer ellipticals

Signed up for the $15 no commitment membership a month before shipping out to basic training. I was told by someone at the front desk this meant there was not a cancellation policy. Why have a no commitment membership if you still have to cancel? Anyways two months into basic training we finally get our phones and to my surprise I had multiple charges from PF. Only getting our phones for a few minutes I couldn’t spend an hour with customer service so I asked my parents to go up there and cancel my membership. Weeks later getting my phone again my parents let me know I was the only person who could cancel. So I called planet fitness just to be told I could only cancel with a manager, who only works during the week(our phone time was limited to Saturday or Sunday). Ended up being charged over $150 in fees and there was no way to cancel. Once I finally could cancel the account I asked about a some sort of refund and was refused. Would never step foot in a planet fitness again.

This planet fitness is the cleanest and friendliest. They really do enforce the no judgment. Equipment is clean and always made to feel welcomed. This Planet fitness is also open 24 hours a day, which is great for moms!

Loved the free guest option wuth membership. Clean, not too busy in the a.m.

Enjoyed the conversation with Tony. Appreciate him taking the time to get to know me, my goals and health history. Look forward to implementing his plan to help me reach my goals.

Everything clean,all employees are super nice, the are constantly refilling sanitation stations. Love this location

Place was clean, staff friendly definitely going to join. Price is great and no contracts what more can u ask for.

Very Rude General Manager. Signed up two weeks ago and canceled today because I’m not paying for a service with attitude. customer Service is lacking from Manager but the rest of the staff was nice.
