Dont let my one star review scare you this is a great gym!My problem is with the policy.I've been hit financially hard and quit going to the gym for 4-5 months. Tha last thing on my mind was to cancel my membership and now in order for me to go back today I have to pay almost $100 in late fees and all the past months when I never even stepped foot inside of the gym.It's a shame because I was here 6 days a week grinding making gains losing weight and now I'm left just scratching my head.I'm ready to go backTake my MONEY!I need to pick things up and put them down!I just can't pay almost $100 to do so...PLANET FITNESS let's fix this please.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the gym is always clean. Also there are plenty of machines, you never really have to wait, and you can't beat the price.

The first day I went on my vacation the young man at the desk was over the top service but I can't rate 5 stars twice , UNLIKE TODAY SERVICE ..let's begin I walked in the door and a young lady was new ,very polite but the woman trainng her was not a good trainer behind the front desk the lady would let her countless fail ,and she was a poor facilitator, example first I asked her for eye stickers for the tanning bed she said they were 99 cents plus tax ,I said ther free in Pennsylvania and Ohio ,,so I had to walk back to my car to get my wallet that was locked in my car cuz I have my workout clothes on ,so after I get back inside I hand her a #50 dollar bill then she says we don't take 50s...then I give her my debit she must haver never took one b4 so then had to ask her poor facilitator trainer how to do it..after all this was it really worth it to bring my Planet Fitness Black card membership? and really make me walk to my car for 99 cents,,and really don't except a 50 dollar bill in today's economy ,#1 be lucky enough to even get cash at all, and do you know at Walmart nightshade pay like pushing 25 bucks an our so you can't even use 2 hours of wage money at Planet Fitness in cash.. So the Planet Fitness Jet lands at out family airport so im going to charge them 99 cents plus tax the next time they land ,cuz I always wave the 100.oo fee for them..Enclosed is a copy of my receipt for the 99 cents plus taxThanks Florida Planet Fitness on 7 Old Kings Road Palm Coast Florida 32137.Don't blame the nenew girl behind the counter ,I blame her Co employee that's training her Planet Fitness needs to retrain her as a trainerThanks Gary Fleeger Butler Pa

Great service, great equipment, great prices! Go black card membership. The perks are amazing. Super clean facility

Clean, spacious, the TVs help us pass time during time consuming cardio. Nice surprise to see all the new equipment brought in but a lot of it is going to take a while to get familaiar with. Palm coasts club has been our best experience but the other Palm Coast location on 100 is a very impressive and even bigger facility.

I come here almost every morning and this particular morning, I was a complete idiot and dropped my keys into a machine. Two amazingly gracious PF employees assisted me in retrieving my keys for me. Love the people here you guys are great and thank you so much!!!!!

We joined Planet Fitness 5 weeks ago and we have loved it! We are feeling and looking better. Most recently though, the "high school students work out for free all summer" is wreaking havoc. Kids are sitting on machines, talking on their cellphones loudly, singing loudly, not moving off, even in the 30 Minute Express section. When PF staff have reviewed rules with them, they still won't move. When staff leave, they resume singing loudly, etc. So unfortunately, it seems like PF will be a high school babysitting service, with no supervision, all summer.

The staff is great, and Billie Jean is beyond great she is awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.The place is very clean and the members are respectful and friendly.

Its super clean and the staff are professional and helpful. The diversity of the machines and exercise stations provides something for everyone. As well, the way they are grouped together, yet still spread out enough allows for everyone work out with lots of space.My daughter and I love our experiences at Planet Fitness Palm Coast!!
