I love this gym. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond in making sure you have a great day and a memorable experience . I am always greeted with a smile from everyone. The facility is always kept clean and stocked. From the atmosphere to making new friends has made my time spent here fullfilled and happy. I can work at my own pace and not be pushed or bothered. So Thank You In Shape.

Really clean gym. Good maintenance team and super nice staff. Could use a cross fit area for sure. Love love the aqua hydro massage beds!!

DO NOT GO HERE AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT TALK TO "TY" ABOUT SIGNING UP. WHEN WE SIGNED UP, TY EXPLAINED TO US HOW THERE WOULD BE NO ANNUAL FEE AND NO FREEZING FEES WITH OUR SIGN UP. WELL WHAT DO YOU KNOW, HE COMPLETELY LIED AND WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED BOTH. I KNEW MEMBERSHIP ADVISORS HAVE TO MEET A QUOTA BUT HELL TO FLAT OUT LIE? ABSOLUTLY WORST GYM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. IT WAS EASIER TO GET OUT OF A CONTRACT WITH MY PREVIOUS GYM THAN IT IS TO TRY AND TALK TO THESE PEOPLE. IGNORE THE GOOD REVIEWS AND DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOU A MEMBERSHIP. YALL ARE SCUM

Always crowded. Closes too early on the weekends. I've been in other gyms but doesn't get as crowded as this one. I just cancelled my membership. Not worth it

Very clean facilities, friendly staff. As opposed to some gyms this one has a good chill vibe, I truly enjoy working out here

The water in the pool and hot tubs were gross. Kindy pricy for me but they do have great variety in equipment and classes and stuff.

I LOVE my InShape gym on Ave S in Palmdale, I love the hours & all it has to offer to help you get in shape, however I'm disappointed in the female MEMBERS that leave the womens showers & dressing rooms atrocious & I feel bad for the workers that have to pick up after grown women in that manner.

Clean and I love that they have heavy lifting classes I can take after a long day of work. Bodypump with Kouri Wednesday nights is the best! Sheila and Nicole are awesome too but I only get to take their classes when they teach later in the evenings.

Pretty full most of the time, amateur members that do not respect the equipment and avoid re-racking weights. Staff lacks cleaning practices. Always out of clean towels to wipe down equipment and disposable paper towels.

Nice gym. BUT DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! I WENT IN PERSON TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP. I was moving out of state. MONTHS AFTER THEY WERE STILL CHARGING MY ACCOUNT!! I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REIMBURSED.... INSTEAD I HAD TO OPEN A BANK FRAUD CASE AND THEY STILL ARE SENDING ME A BILL IN THE MAIL. I will be calling my lawyer as I am tired of dealing with this matter. BECAUSE OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GYM, I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY PAYMENTS. Either you pay for the year and don't let them near your bank account or your better off getting your own gym equipment!!
