Cancelled membership over a year ago and they kept charging my account. Nobody ever answers the phone. Under staffed. I’ve never been to a gym so unorganized. If I could give it lower than 1 star I would. They owe me well over $200 and they hit me with the typical “I’m sorry but we cannot give you a refund”. Not professional at all.

Hate being a negative Nancy, but it has the worst free weight rack setup in any gyms history. I don't think anyone, not even staff ever racks the weight back to their proper locations. Never see anyone put it back. I normally spend about 15 20 minutes racking them back to their spot, but don't last long. Overall the place is great, the free weights, total burner.

I love coming to this gym. I instantly feel like family when I walk in. The manager Rochelle is always so nice and welcoming! The gym is always kept clean, masks are enforced, and the staff are all so friendly and helpful!! :) One of the best in the AV.

As soon as I walked in to the gym everyone was instantly friendly and accommodating. All the trainers introduced themselves. The environment was super clean - unlike any other facility I’ve visited. I felt so comfortable, refreshed and motivated right off the bat! And often, before or after my workout, I’ll stay to wrap up some office work on my laptop. My extended time spent in the space was only ever welcomed. It truly does feel like my second home. Thanks to all the staff at the In-Shape East location in Palmdale. You’re all such fantastic and warm friends!

Too crowdedPaying membership and Gym not even open. These people with 5 star review don't go to this gym. I have never seen any of them.

To many people.. Great gym but there at least 100 people in there at once plus the wifi dont work well because everyone is connectedFyi: i would go to private gym but not for $100 per mnt

Happy about the pool lane reservations. Wish they had more disinfectant bottles in general. People will use them if provided.

Very clean, sometimes the machines are broken and the pool is down but its very nice. They have a sauna, cycle rooms, group fit, ladies room. They pretty much have it all

I recently took a tour of your facility. I was VERY impressed with the knowledgeable and super friendly, helpful staff! The women's locker room/showers were sooooo nice. Everything was super clean. I joined!
