I like this gym. It's clean and colorful and they have good snacks and gift giveaways for check ins. I get along with all of the staff and they're friendly. Tina is amazing and so is Valerie and Gabriela and Keira. I like Dustin and Reggie too. Great people. Great sauna.

I loveeeeeeee this place, so clean, the staff are amazing aswell, very kind, I'd concider getting a 3 day pass so you can try it out.

The staff is amazing here, the gym always clean. If you want a great gym experience, this is it.

I go in all the time at 4 in the morning around 5:30 am I go in the Sauna and it's not even hot I've been a member almost 2 years and it's always the same temperature let's get it hotter in there I have to wear sweaters and hoodie to stay hot.

*Coldest* sauna I've ever been in. Unfortunately, every single time I go in the sauna it's not even hot in there. Granted I usually go in about 45 min before closing, so my guess is they turn it off ahead of time to save electricity...which is a shame, because a lot of people use it within the last hour. I feel it's almost pointless to use it because it's never really hot, it's lukewarm, so I feel I don't even get the benefits. That's probably why almost everyone who uses it goes in with a hoodie, sweatpants, and sneakers. That's probably the only way to sweat in there within the 1st 10 min. From my understanding, a sauna should be between 176-194 degrees...I look at the temp and it's usually about 120-130...which is pretty pathetic. I've used Gold's sauana literally 10 min before closing time and they have it at 190 degrees.I like the gym's facilities otherwise, and the team clean dude is awesome, but I simply can't give it a higher rating until they get with the program on the temperature. West side In Shape is closer to what it should be, their temp is def higher. Once they fix this, I'll upgrade my rating to at least 4 stars, but until then this is kind of a deal-breaker for me, unfortunately.

I love this place. I lkve jow clean everything is and how good the customer service is. Vanessa in the front is always so helpful and cheerful. Definitely adds to the experience. This is the kind of gym that truely cares about their members she has expressed that.

Nice gym and friendly staff. Front desk worker Yadira is amazing. She is friendly, knowledgeable and always remember members names. Very welcoming and inviting. Need lots more employees like her!

I love it here, real nice gym and great customer service. Trainer keith is awesome. Will definitely recommend it.
