Best 1 hour workout you can get. Front desk staff is super friendly and welcoming. Ashley, the head coach, goes above and beyond to make the studio the best in the area.

I love the experience when I go to OTF Rocky River! The front desk staff always greeet me very nicely. Whenever I take a Coach John class I can rely on it being an amazing experience between his thorough demoing on the weight floor, motivation on the tread and rowers, and a playlist that makes me want to give it my all (while singing along lol).

I love love love the staff here especially my girl Olivia she’s the BEST!!! All the staff r so sweet and amazing and I’ve never seen a cleaner gym!!! I left the workout feeling very good about myself! Would definitely recommend :)

I took my first class back in October 2021, became a member in November after my second class because I just knew the group workout environment is exactly what I needed! I just craved being in the motivational environment and I loved it so much, I even got a part time job there working behind the desk because I wanted to provide the same wonderful experience I had to other members. I have met the most wonderful people at OTF Rocky River and forever friends! Fun fact: you can rent out the studio for a private class & a core memory is my birthday burn with all of my friends/family/coworkers. We had so much fun and I HIGHLY recommend :)

I had my first class today with coach Caroline- she and everyone else at this location are so kind, encouraging and helpful! I am just getting back into a fitness routine and the class was fun, but also challenging. You can modify as needed, go at a slower pace etc. I did not feel out of place at all and I felt encouraged and guided through the workout without feeling like she hovered. I highly recommend this place for anyone of any age and fitness level.
