24 Hour Fitness

EVERYONE sits on their cell fone at this location. and if you ask to use the machine theyre sitting on they wont move, while continuing to stare at their fone. on top of the filth its just not worth it as cars are broken into on a regular basis. the trash cans are always overflowing, paper towels are scarce and the cleaning solution bottles are always empty. I dust the window sills because the dust is an inch thick! sadly this location needs a major overhaul. the kid (Dylan) who answered my fone call lied and said there is a cleaning crew, as if Id never been to the location. this gym is well known for how dirty it is, there is no cleaning crew. I saw the same broken machine piece along w bottle caps + gum along the treadmill floor and 3 weeks later its still there. this gym needs a major overhaul. this was my home gym, Im bummed to write this review but the laziness deserves to be called out

My daughters and I just joined this gym yesterday. We used the facility today at 5:50am to 7:15am. There were not too many people. I don’t understand where and when the cleaning staff checks in. The basketball gym is littered with trash (bananas, used tissues, empty bottles) and the locker room is just down right nasty (floor is dark and dirty, toilet filled with feces, lack of fresh air ventilation). I asked my daughters if the women’s locker is any better. They do think it was slightly better.Quite disappointing. Great facility. Yet the simple act of cleaning cannot be achieved. We will try the Altadena branch the next time. If that facility also lacks cleanliness, then we will probably cancel our membership.

I am giving it 2 stars for size and amenities only. The equipment is pretty good and it has pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Other than that the gym is pretty bad. The biggest issue is the clients who leave weights all over the place and rarely put the weights, especially dumbbells back where they belong. Not only are they not in the correct location on the racks, they leave them all over the freaking gym so you spend a lot of time walking around looking for the weights you need. They need to have staff walk around and talk to the clients. I have complained about this but the staff does not seem to care. The locker room is also pretty dirty. The floor has dark stains all over it so you feel pretty disgusted walking barefoot on it. I also had my locker broken into and apparently this happens a lot as I talked to several others who had experienced the same, so don't leave any valuables in them. It's a shame because the gym could be great if the staff only cared to look after it more. The Monrovia gym is much better in this regard even though it is only an Active gym.

The most filthy gym I've ever been in and I didn't even see the bathroom which another member was complaining about as it was our first time visiting Arcadia gym. Juan seemed indifferent at front desk when we asked information about managers etc. Rodney the manager of course was not available at 1 pm on a Friday. NOT ONE PURELL dispenser worked and Juans response was they hadn't received any shipment. This is a vast difference to the Whittier and Fullerton locations that I have frequented but I just moved. I just repaid my membership before working out. It felt like 90 degrees and many machines did not work. I don't have photos of bathrooms but was told there is hair and filth everywhere. They also don't provide manual check in app check in only. Very disgusted with this beautifully located gym with horrible parking.

As others have said, the place has become extremely dirty. The bathrooms are especially bad and run down. Although there are two floors I was surprised by the limited selection of weight machines. Unfortunately they take forever to repair them too. Only advantages to other gyms are the cost and hours - plus the pool if you’re into swimming.

This 24 is a decent size. Has what you need but can seem to get crowded during peak hours. Got there at 8am peaceful by 10am you can tell the gym can get quite busy. Overall I gave it a 4 cause of the location parking and gym lighting

Sad to say I'm a member of this place. Arcadia 24 hr is by far the dirtiest gym in the la county area next to Monterey park. You can see the dirty but the smell is way worse. I was ready to leave but my desire to workout wouldn't let me. Shame to sit/sweat in a grumy environment 🤢🤮 nice view of mountains from 2nd story. Could be a millionaire dollars location

Nice and clean. Get a good workout in before 3pm sometimes it gets full after that time

Dirty and isnt maintained well but its the only gym open 24 hour in the area so all good

Today was good, not too happy about no paper towel. But the girl at the front desk got them restocked. Thanks for that.
