Equipment well maintained, friendly staff . I recently started coming here due to my preferred club not having power for a few days. The manager understood the situation, and allow me to come in to workout .

Dont go in the morning at 7, is the worst thing you can do

This place helps me not be morbidly obese because I eat so bad....

Manager is horrible I went to check in and she said I owed money even though not even a couple days before I paid the lady at the counter. She just looked at me and smiled and said no . I have all my bank statements that says otherwise. Then I tell her about me over paying and she said you have multiple people that are on the account. I have never EVER added anyone else one there. And instead of her fixing the issue she smiled and laughed in my face . Needless to say I canceled my membership and will be taking my business elsewhere

I don't know how this place could possibly have a 3 star rating impossible. You go in and the place is packed way too full because they have decreased hours dramatically.With approximately 100+ people inside they have 2 sets of 20 lbs dumbbells 2 sets of 25s 2 sets of 30 so you will find yourself waiting for others to get off there phone so you can maybe get lucky enough to get to use them but as you walk past a room for special classes you see plenty of weights going unused stacked along a wall. When they speak over the intercom it's usually in Spanish.

People don't believe in racking their weights. Several dumbbells missing!

What exactly does the cleaning crew do? Sure, it's only $10 a month, but this is by far the nastiest Fitness Connection I've ever been to. They mop the locker rooms, but don't sweep. So it's just a wet floor with funk stuck to it. Only one shower in the women's showers has an actual shower head, mold and mildew everywhere. I don't even know what that is on the sprinkler on the ceiling. Bandaids on the ground for days at a time. Globs of hair all over the place. The showers look like an abandoned post-apocalyptic locker room. This place should be shut down or, god forbid, cleaned thoroughly.

I always enjoy going there.... Good equipment,... And friendly people
