Club Metro USA Paterson

No maintenance, the sauna has been out of service for almost 1 month, they don't clean the mirrors are dirty and the locks don't even mention it, the assisted pull-up machine has been damaged for more than 1 year and even if they tell you they don't fix it, it's a disaster. very dirty.

well first, I would like to start by saying it's a good gym for the location that its at. The equipment is pretty good it has what you need. I think the highlight for me is the sauna, its big and heats up fast. I walk to the gym, but the gym also includes parking which is big plus in an urban environment. I think the gym has a lot of potential but there are somethings it also has to work on. In the entrance of the gym there is a glass water fall like stand that looks like it hasn't been used in ages and was forgotten, It kills the aesthetics of the gym and just makes the place looks dirty. I was disappointed that the gym didn't have any type of discount on the prices for military members or veterans, on top of that the prices do not match the out-of-date price ranges that they have printed out and posted on the counters. I think one very convenient thing the gym has is that the card you have in file is saved and when you want to purchase something they just charge you by looking you up, saves the swiping and having your wallet on hand during workouts. costumer service is a big key in business, honestly all i see is someone always on their phone, towels are never really on hand during rush hours, and I always see a lot of people over the counter.

Very good atmosphere, they clean the gym everyday and offer different classes and the juice gym is a plus. The staff is very friendly and professional

I give it stars 3 instead of 5 because the gym staff are nice, the gym itself is nice and big, but they need to clean the area were the treadmills are by the window, is so dusty there! It looks like dust on top of more dust.... is time for a few upgrades and for management to fix a few wear and tears on some machines and the building!!!!!

At the door says they open at 5 AM but the cashier said it is not updated, I just signed up according the open time info at the door last week but it seems there is no commitment in providing an accurate info. They do not respect the open time. Yesterday it was supposed to open at 6 AM and the person responsible for it arrived at 6:15 AM. What the hell it should be opened at the right time!! They refuse to return my money. I do not recommend that thing at all. Go and find another gym. You will find better option for sure.

Great spot to work out i would recommend it.. they just need to focus more on buying more fitness gear.. and different equipment..

Pros:Convenient location & parking.- It’s right off of Rt. 80, so it’s fairly easily accessible, and 2hr validated …

Gym is very clean, workers are extremely nice. 8pm is a nice hour to go! Not very crowded! And mornings are great too! Compared to other gyms, with the amenties and space (parking is included) I think the price is pretty good!

Another missed workout today because club metro continuously fails to open on time. 5am opening time was the selling point for me..the only time that I have to get my workout in..the reason that I chose to join this gym. However, at least …
