Staff is very friendly, parking availability is great! Up to date machines, real clean gym, people that attend the gym are friendly as well. Trainers always ready to help. All together just a real “feel good” environment!!!!!!!

Great place to workout. Fun and friendly environment with cutting edge equipment and little to no wait times even during peak hours. All that and still less expensive than other gyms in the area.

Great gym! Recently moved to the area and was worried about local amenities. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have every piece of equipment you could possibly need no matter your workout goals... cross fit, free wights, cardio, classes, everything! They've also got a great shake bar that I highly recommend for your post workout needs.

bathrooms clean, machines clean, It does not stink like other gyms, they don’t have broken machines and if they break they repair them fast, the smoothies are delicious and the staff is friendly especially Kayla, Rosa and Bryan and another person he has braids works in the night (I do not know his name) I love this gym the bad thing that they close early on Saturdays and Sundays and at 4:30 pm they don’t make smoothies (Sundays)

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, members are awesome. Everyone is very friendly there. Only critique is that I wish they had more sets of 15-20 lb DB’s. When it gets busy, it’s hard to find them, but that’s with any gym. Otherwise it’s a great gym, I love it there.

Gym is awesome. Work at the hospital next door. Able to get a good lift in, equipment is new and in good shape and has everything you can need. the hours are also really good. Would recommend this gym to anybody. Thanks Guys!!

Metro has a great hours for the anytime lifter. The staff are professional & their shakes/muffins taste amazing. The equipment is clean and maintained to standard. Friendly crowd of exercisers, welcomes all levels of experience.

when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent breeze. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there

This gym has always been well kept every time I came in. The tasty shake bar is great for grabbing something delicious and nutritious on your way out. Or you can just pretend your at a healthy gym bar.
