Fair Lawn RF is a well-equipped bargain. Friendly staff. Abundant parking. There are irritants. Phone use while on equipment is very common, extending wait times. Bags/clothes/personal items clutter the floor and section dividers. Many polite but chatty, phone-centric teens arrive after 3. The very loud music overpowers earbuds. You still get more than you pay for.

To our retro family ❤️ I am beyond grateful for Andrew, Sam and Bob who are the glue that keep us together. Our front end staff Sandra, kat, Rachel and all the guys that are also phenomenal. Don and Marieliz are some of my top trainers as well as the beautiful friends that I have met over the years at Retro. The new equipment, the meal prep, the shakes, and the fans on the treadmills are just a few of the little things that make life so big!!! 5 stars for my gym!! Regards, Jillian Antoinette Eckland ❤️

Budget but eveythung is clean and working well. Good set of equipment in fairly good quantity. Better than many pricier places. At 20 bucks a month, you have excuses.

Ive been to the other gyms around Fairlawn, Paramus, Lodi. At this gym they actually maintain the machines, keep it clean, and seem to have pride in how they function as a business. Great staff and management as well. I cannot speak highly enough of Retro Fitness Fairlawn.

The new layout looks very nice. I appreciate that they have added more machines and benches, which are very busy and used often by customers. Getting rid of the wall allows for better use of total floor space. Looks very nice. Cleanliness of the gym is always on or above par.

This gym is 5 star. They continue to evolve and enhance with new equipment and they always make sure to deliver the best experience. The staff is incredible. The management staff, Bob Sam and Andrew, is always on top of things and makes sure everyone matters. They represent a passion and care that has lacked in other gyms. I appreciate all that they do especially their encouragement. Everyone that goes to that gym not only are friendly but also caring and encouraging. The staff is always attentive and know how to deliver a great experience. If you want to start your gym venture then I suggest you start here.

Great place friendly staff plenty of machines available even on peak time.. Love how they have a variety of classes throughout the day during early morning and peak time or afternoon. Personal trainers a plus

I know my level includes the massaging chair room and standing tanning although I am still new and have not used them yet. There are all types of classes and your pick of workout equipment especially the core workout area. Everyone there is helpful and if you buy at least 8 training sessions it goes down to 30.00 a session. If you run out of your pre workout concoction they will make it for you and they cost less than 5 dollars. Also, for me, it’s convenient to get to. This means little though without the people that run it and they have all been pleasant and helpful so far.
