I love my Gym! People are kind, friendly and always willing to help with any question with a smile on their faces. The exercise machines work perfectly fine. NO complaints at all. And yes, I highly recommend it.

Good local gym. Patrons are friendly, facilities are clean and they are constantly working on making updates to keep it fresh and nice for us guests. Only taking off one star because they got rid of their daycare and replaced it with a "zen den" spot with massage chairs. As a mom, that was a huge change and disappointment. Can't beat the location and membership fees though.

This is a great gym. Clean, friendly staff, and most importantly, when you want to quit it's as easy as sending an email. They didn't give me a hard time at all. I wish I still lived nearby.

All the equipment you need is here, so obviously that's a good thing- but honestly what makes this gym stand out are the employees. They are super friendly and it's great to see. :) Paz (love her she always has a smile on her face which makes me happy and she is so helpful!!!) gave me a quick tour when I came by for the 1st time and since then I've had only great experiences with all of the employees, all the way up to management (Andrew is great!) :)Also- if you are hesitant to come back to the gym due to COVID, rest-assured they strictly enforce masks on for everyone at all times. I also noticed they've hired extra staff to ensure cleaning is done properly all day, as well as having plenty of sanitizer/sprays/paper towels available throughout.Highly recommend this gym!

Andrew is top notch. He knows everyone by name. He greets everyone with a smile coming in and going out. The facility is clean which allows you to come in worry free and the atmosphere is very friendly. Great gym and im glad that I joined.

They've been doing a great job in making sure the place is cleaned and members are always wearing mass properly. They also have dedicated people walking around throughout the gym doing additional cleaning on machines. They have also lowered the capacity and are tracking people going in and out.

I love how professional and friendly the staff is. Long before Covid this was already one of the cleanest gyms I had attended, they just raised the bar. It is great to be back! As an online fitness coach, I need a good place to get my personal workouts in, Retro Fitness in Fairlawn is a great place to do so! Thank you.

The best gym! I’ve been a member here since 2014. All of the staff is wonderful and makes you feel welcome. I’ve taken classes here, including spin, yoga, and Zumba. I also did personal training with Donovan for a while (thinking of going back to that).I’ve also come back to working out inside after the COVID-19 reopening. Everything is clean, and the staff is following all protocols.

What make it special is exceptionally friendly staff. Sam and Andrew are always greet you with a smile like and old friend. The equipment is up to date and very well maintained. Cleaning solutions and paper towels are conveniently placed around the facility. Classes are excellent.

I am a new member proudly joined last week with confidence! I have been a member for years at my last gym That is not very warm welcoming no hello or see you next time from staff, whereas here the staff at retro are top notch all about customer service nice friendly and very very professional!!! Andrew retros manager is so professional he is a great example of what hospitality really means, Andrew makes every visit to retro a unforgettable experience! Something that I haven’t witnessed in a gym in years. The number 1 thing I can definitely say is the floors at this gym makes my workouts less stressful, compared to my last gym floors slippery as an ice rink. In my first full week I feel stronger and what I haven’t felt in a very long time is my muscles being sore from the workouts I love it feels great!!! Thank you Retro family for signing me up to your gym!!! I give this gym a 5stars 2X great prices at an unbelievably well maintained facility!!! I look forward to being here for a long time #RetroPride💪💪💪
