I joined Sync Fitness about a month ago & from day 1 I started feeling & seeing changes. The trainers are not only very well educated with what they are doing but most importantly, they really care about you & your health. Sync fitness is a great training studio! I love it here! I have been training with the trainers here for almost 4 years and have enjoyed every second of it. Sync Fitness helped me grow my passion and love for my fitness and my health. When I first came in I had been going to the gym on my own and considered myself in fair shape, but Sync proved that to be false through just one session. I was fatigued severely at the end of my first session but you know what ... something about the training styles and methods they have at Sync kept me coming back for more. The feeling and power I felt while training with the trainers is what gave me motivation to take my health and fitness goals very seriously not only in but outside the gym as well. Out of all the improvements I have had made in my physique, my running form and my strength, my mentality that I have today has to be the most rewarding. I highly recommend Sync Health and Fitness. The trainers are awesome and encouraging! They're there to help you reach your goals with individualized fitness programs to meet your needs. I especially, love how they motivate and push you. I feel stronger every workout and more confident. It's clean and they work around your schedule, which is a plus.
