If I start writing about this place, I may need 2 or 3 boxes to post. so, in short, ---- the worst experience and the worst place--- don't ever go there.Also where is my $35 refund??? its been more than 2 months now.

Nope, I came there more than thrice regarding this issue and refund. Imagine how dumb it is to tell someone that the cancellation request submitted is missing, so they didn't cancel on time. Enough talking is done. So change the management system or the manager himself to get the place fixed.
