I tried to cancel and I did 3 months earlier. They continued to charge 3times of the monthly fee, $39 , then $63 2 days later last month, then still continued to charge $63 this month. That is for my son too. I understand one month notice but at the beginning they told me that they charge first month and last month at front to prevent this issue.
