Started training here around 6 months ago, only did jiu jitsu but then i found out about the kickboxing class, jim the hesd coach and coach spence give you a aweseome experience pushing you to be better, if you have any questions they’ll be more than happy to help and help you improve your technique. Nonetheless, its like a family here you have any sort of issue or anything going on in your life. Anyone there is open to help you out. Best gym i’ve trained in ever.💪

Excellent gym! I’ve trained in many gyms as a female martial artist. This gym is respectful, energetic and welcoming. Whatever your goals are this place has it. If you want to be a high-level competitor, you can find challenging matches and excellent coaching. I am a 40yo female fighter & mom wanting a safe and family friendly training atmosphere - Alers has been perfect for us too! Jim is a former UFC fighter and his wife Melissa is a competitor too. Excellent women training and coaching. Check it out. You won’t regret it.

If you're looking for a gym that's perfect for your family, look no further. Coach Jim and Coach Melisa are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need for your classes. Their love and patience with the kids is truly heartwarming. Not only do they teach the proper techniques and drills, but they also prioritize the safety and growth of the children. I love being a part of AMA because our daughter gets to have a great time and my fiancé and I love working out there and bettering ourselves. The coaches are always there to guide us when we need help, which is a huge plus. We just love everything about AMA!

Our kid loved their summer camp. He was exited to go everyday. Coaches treat the kids like their own and created a very good family environment. Definitely the kind of place you want to bring your kid to have fun and train.

I cannot say enough good things about Jim and his gym no pun intended. I decided to give BJJ a try Christmas of 21 and have never looked back. Jim immediately made me feel like I was apart of the team. Stepping foot in this place was the catalyst for turning my fitness around. Thank you for all the good times!
