Nice owner, good teachers, but we did have a horrible experience over there that made me decide to withdraw both of my kids. Two parents harass my wife so much in the class that even when she was leaving the class she had to look both ways out of fear that something might happen outside. harassment was so much wife had to call for help from the owner who was witnessing the harassment. he did finally respond but it would have been nice for somebody to step in faster to resolve the conflict. that's a big negative. that type of behavior should not be able allowed and the harassers did not even get suspended. I cannot see myself at any gym that allows a man to be disrespectful towards my wife and Trash Talk both of my children.

best martial arts community in south florida. The owners and coaches truly want to see you getting better and coming back the next day for another session. Best place for professionals, amateurs and hobbyists to train together.

I joined the AMA family (My son in August and myself in November) and we have not looked back since! Coach Jim Alers is a terrific teacher - Very patient, highly energetic and truly knows how to push you to do your best. Coach Joe is another real inspiration - he makes you focus on tightening your technique and the little tips and tricks beginners need. There is great bonding within this gym. All the senior students take their time to point out your mistakes and help improve. Aches and pains aside - you will leave each class with a big smile a d a tremendous sense of satisfaction.My only regret - I did not know of this place in 2020. Be warned... The atmosphere can be highly addictive - you are highly to think of the class and movements while at work ☺️Apart from kickboxing and jiujitsu there are MMA classes every Friday that combine all aspects of fighting. Adults..if you feel stressed or are in a sedentary profession please join a class here... You will truly feel the difference.Kids classes are wonderful as well. AMA also do kids parties and programs and they are a great hit all around. Again... Please try out a class and you will truly love it.

Great experience, professional, extremely clean facility, learned a lot, great price, got in shape, coaches are very knowledgeable and patient, the team is very welcoming as well. I will always go here and recommend it to anyone that is looking to learn different martial arts or just get in shape while having fun. I also like that there are members of all levels that you can train with. Coaches have motivated me and given me the confidence that I need. They truly care about your success and goals.

Regardless of your experience in martial arts, from the first day you walk in, you will be treated like family. Everyone is here to support, encourage and help each other grow to their full potential. The owner/instructor (who is a professional fighter and a black belt in BJJ) and his team of incredible coaches, are extremely knowledgeable in MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing & Strength/Conditioning. All ages are welcomed, all backgrounds are celebrated and all levels are treated equally. BEST GYM IN THE WORLD! I joined July 2021 and I see myself here until I’m 100 years old. OSS 🤙🏼
