I just had a very bad experience in the Zumba class from Monday 6:30 with the Venezuelan trainer. She asked me to get out of the Zumba class because I went in with my 2 kids that where sit there in the back with me because the kids area for 7 year old is closet for the 7 year old because of the camp. And the kids area that the have there is sooooo baddddd that my 4 year old is scare to go there. But what got me mad was the fact that that there where 4 more kids in there in the same situation as mine and the trainer didn’t take them out. I went to the counter and the supervisor went there and saw all the other kids and the said that he was going to advice the director of the area. Let me tell you this is discrimination! I request a call to apologies they know who I am.

This rating is for the volleyball program at the Y in Pembroke Pines. If your kid is a beginner this is not the place for your child, even though it says beginner league. It should be emphasized to the coaches to ensure equal playing time, which is not the case. Coaches play favoritism and kids do not learn much. I reached out to the staff about the issues, but nothing gets done. Practice and games are very disorganized. I seen to many close calls were kids run into each other very unsafe environment. Don’t waste your time and money with these programs, way better programs in the area at half the price.

My girls are always so sad when I tell them we are going to the gym. I wish they felt more comfortable in the kids zone. The staff is not warm and comforting. It would be so nice if they would hire a staff that enjoys the company of children.

Today my husband went to drop off our kids for the "teacher planning day camp", which we paid months ago in order to secure we had someone to watch our kids. YMCA staff turned him away! My husband and I both work which is why we needed the child care for our 2 kids. They stated "they did not have enough people register so they had to cancel". There was never a call or any form of communication!!! We also have not received our money back for the services they did not provide us! There were other families trying to drop off their kids as well. Total disorganization and complete disrespect to the families that had arranged this service and were not notified. A simple call goes a long way. We could have gotten alternative child care had we been given a heads up. Very disappointed and considering canceling our membership.

Sometimes I workout for only 3 days a week and I'd rather do it everyday all day. And really when I'm not in a mood to workout I'd rather meditate because its good for your breathing and for working all the Muscles.

Love the Y. The workout facility is second to none, the aerobic classes are awesome, and the staff are very friendly. They also offer aftercare services, and a place to watch your little ones, while you get your workout. It's just great. Love the Y!

The equipment is modern and well maintained. I love that I can sync my Apple Watch to the treadmill. There is always room to work out. Everyone is respectful of the equipment and of keeping it clean and put away their weights after their …

This is by far the best gym I’ve gone too. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is energetic but also relaxed. You never feel judged and you enjoy the workout. The machines are great and well maintained. Although, it would be good to have an unlimited buddy pass for the price of the membership. Other than that, it’s great!
