4 stars because no one is perfect ! Iron Girlz is progress not perfection!Jess and the trainers deserve 5stars but I’m a tough critic .What an amazing community . Everyone is so supporting . Trainers are all knowledgeable and active . They jump right in to the workout and train, push and guide . Walked in about a year ago and have been hitting goals ever since . Im stronger, fitter and shed some needed lbs. TY IG!

Amazing gym! Judgment free! Empowering! Queens fixing other queens tiara’s! I felt at home with these women! Reasonably priced and some amazing trainers! The owner is just as involved as the trainers! She is dedicated to empowering women to feel their best, not just physically but mentally! Come join the Iron Gurlz Family!!!! UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!!!

Absolutely love the work out environment at Iron Girlz. A really fun place to get your fitness on. Staff are knowledgeable and truly care about each client and the sisterhood here is wonderful. The owner, Jess, is amazing and has a remarkable fitness story of her own. 5 ⭐️ and 5 ❤️

Best gym experience ever! I have tried other gyms and it isn't the same. Iron Girls is welcoming, zero judgment and an encouraging place to work out whether you are an early bird for the 5am. The busy mom that has time to workout after the kids are off to school at 8:45 or an evening person at 6:15 or 7:15 there is something for ALL women. I absolutely love that I have found a home at Iron Girlz!

I’ve been a part of the Iron Girlz Sisterhood since 2018! It’s been an amazing experience since day 1 and I am incredibly grateful for what Iron Girlz has brought into my life. These ladies are more than workout buddies, we are like a family of sisters that share all that we are - the successes and the challenges. We push each other, we have accountability, we celebrate wins, and we share in the fun. Iron Girlz is a lifestyle for all ladies wanting to be a part of something great!

This community is the best! It's an all girls gym in S. Peoria offering strength classes that are a lot like crossfit, as well as a variety of extra classes like yoga, stretch and zumba. Every workout is different and the owner, trainers and members are very friendly and supportive.
