I have been an IRON Girlz member for 3 years. I show up 3 days a week. The Sisterhood keeps me coming back. There are a variety of Club Activities offered. "You Are Worth It" is the mantra.

This has been an awesome experience. It is the next best thing to having a personal trainer in person, but on your own time, at your own pace.Daily prompt communication with a real person. If you Have a question or concern, it’s like your trainer is there just for you, jumping right on to help you in any way necessary.The work out options are amazing. So many to choose from with an example of each workout to watch prior to choosing. This is MY year for change. The plan is so easy to stay consistent with.My coach is amazing. Thank you

In the beginning, I couldn't say enough about this place, fast forward to a few days ago and I wouldn't recommend or ever return. If you want tansparency in billing and billing practices, you won't get it here. There is no signed contact stating terms and the owner expects you to just buy what she is telling you. They tout accountability as part if the program and it is just canned messages for accountability. I recommend you go elsewhere Hire a personal trainer or workout with friends. The ladies at the gym are supportive and wonderful, the owner will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

I signed up for the six month program including 4 workouts a week, coaching, and a meal plan to follow. I went in skeptical as I have struggled to lose weight for most of my adult life, and I have been amazingly surprised every week as I have consistently lost visible pounds. I am so thankful that I have found this program. I appreciate the knowledge of the trainers and how they have taught me to exercise in ways that I never thought possible. I am two months and two weeks into my six month commitment, and rapidly approaching 20 lbs of weight lost. I am excited to see where six months has me, and I look forward to continuing what IronGirlz has set in motion.

They do a nice workout but it doesn’t worth what they ask of money. So they take $100/month and it’s too much for the supplies and the small space... this is my opinion . So these 2 stars : one because they are very friendly and the second one for the Zumba

One experience that you have to come in person and try it for yourself. Only girls allowed which I really like, I dont feel intimidated or feel like I am going to be judged by anyone. Everyone is very friendly and the team effort is amazing.
